三階はダム直下の貯水池が良く見えます。ただガラス張りなので、光がどうしても反射して写ってしまいました。

写真は2019年11月下旬に訪問した時の様子ですが、紅葉と一緒に見る景色は格別でした。
新型コロナが流行する前だったので、海外からの観光客にも好評でした。
The height when looking down from the upper floors is superb.
The photo shows the scene when I visited in late November 2019, but the scenery I saw with the autumn leaves was exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダムの迫力を身近に楽しめます。展示物関係は申し訳程度ですが紅葉の眺めが良い。放水の時期に行けると尚良いでしょう。最近、近くに熊が出没してるようです。ダム駐車場から離れた場所の山道を歩く時は気を付けて下さい。
You can enjoy the power of the dam close to you. I'm sorry about the exhibits, but the view of the autumn leaves is good. It would be even better if you could go during the water cannon season. Recently, it seems that bears have appeared nearby. Be careful when walking on mountain roads away from the dam parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to enjoy the views of Ogouchi Dam and Lake Okutama. The entrance is free. They have hand sanitizer spray at the reception. On the top floor, where you can check the views, you have plugs to charge your phone. The views are better when the day is not cloudy, I guess. They have a map showing you the direction of other places, in case you’re interested in knowing where they are. If you’re visiting Lake Okutama, this observation tower is a good spot to take a break.
