I went during the cherry blossom season. Another view from the observatory. There are many scenic points along the way up here.

散歩にちょうど良く、景色も良いです
ニホンカモシカに遭遇しましたが、今秋はクマが2度も目撃されているようなので注意が必要です
ニホンカモシカは臆病で良い子なので、見かけても近づかず、脅かさないようにゆっくり横を通り過ぎましょう
Visited December 2020: I walked around from the damside parking
It's just right for a walk and the scenery is good
I encountered a Japanese serow, but it seems that bears have been witnessed twice this fall, so be careful.
The Japanese serow is a timid and good child, so stay away from it even if you see it, and pass by slowly so as not to threaten it.

My border collie waiting for me to catch up with her as we climb up the trail leading to a grove of cherry blossoms just below the observatory. The trailhead sits next to the parking lot (which is free!). Lots of folks walking their dogs while enjoying the cherry tree blossoms.
