山形市内の超有名店が個人的には微妙だったのでこちらで美味い蕎麦が食べれてよかった。
2回目の訪問で天ぷらをつけたけど結構ボリュームがあったので蕎麦だけでもよかったかも。

The super famous restaurant in Yamagata city was delicate personally, so I'm glad I could eat delicious soba here.
I put tempura on my second visit, but it was quite voluminous, so maybe I could have just soba.

文句なしに旨い❗
麺もしっかりコシがあり甘みが感じられるいい蕎麦。出汁の効いたキリッとしたツユも相性抜群?✨
蕎麦湯を入れても出汁が弱くならない本当にいいツユ。
食後しばらく余韻に浸れる程の感動レベルの蕎麦。
ご馳走様でした?✨
The order for this day was Itasoba and Gesoten.
Delicious without complaint ❗
The noodles are also firm and sweet soba noodles. The crispy tuyu with soup stock also goes well with it ?✨
A really nice tuyu that doesn't weaken the soup stock even if you add soba hot water.
Soba with a touching level that you can soak in the lingering sound for a while after eating.
It was a treat ?✨

場所は、最上公園に程近い所にあります！
久しぶりにおじゃました時は、お昼時で混んでいて、駐車場で待機してから、入口近くで座って順番待ち(^-^)/
お蕎麦も、天婦羅も美味しく
つけ汁も美味しくて、またおじゃましたいお店です(^o^)/
有名店なので、駐車場には半分以上県外からのお客さんの車で賑わっているお店です！！(^-^)/

Both soba and tempura are delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観からは想像できない，中には歴史ある部屋が隠れていた．その部屋，囲炉裏の前で，おいしい手打ちの板ソバがいただけた．ソバはしっかり腰があり，かんでおいしい，薫り高いお蕎麦でした．アナゴ天が切れていたのが残念．変わりに頼んだゲソ天でもおいしかった．
A historic room was hidden inside, which cannot be imagined from the outside. In that room, in front of the hearth, I had a delicious handmade buckwheat. The buckwheat was firm, chewy, delicious, and fragrant. It is a pity that the conger eel heaven was cut. The Gesoten I ordered instead was also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かけそばと薬味のおろしなめこを頼んだら、なめこそば出来ますよ(メニューに無い)と言ってくれてなめこそばを頼みました。
蕎麦が美味しいのはもちろん、つゆもなめこでとろとろして蕎麦に良く絡み、最高に美味しかったです。
なめこは大きくて身が厚くシャキシャキ食べごたえが有りました。
人気店なので待ち時間がありますがその価値あります。
When I ordered Kake soba and grated nameko with condiments, he told me that I could do it (not on the menu) and asked for nameko.
Not only was the soba delicious, but it was also melted with nameko soup and entwined well with the soba, making it the most delicious.
Nameko was big and thick, and it was crispy and chewy.
It's a popular shop, so there is a waiting time, but it's worth it.

お蕎麦も細めながら温かい蕎麦でも充分こしがあって美味しかったです。旦那の盛りそばは本気のこし！！！
駐車場が狭くて星４つ
Tempura fierce ? crispy
Even though the buckwheat noodles were thin, the warm buckwheat noodles were chewy and delicious. My husband's Morisoba is really good! !! !!

刻みのり器に入っていて一杯乗せました。
立派な古民家。なにやら勲章⁈飾ってありました。
