星	星川修一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばを主力にしているお店かと思われます。中華そばを注文しました。スープは澄んだ綺麗なスープで麺は平打ち縮れ麺です。美味しいんですけど麺の茹で加減が、もう少し堅茹でが良いですけどね先ずはご馳走様でした。女将さん手ずくりの厚焼き玉子や小皿料理も美味しかったですね。今度はかみさんを連れてお邪魔しました。今回は、中華そば、麺堅めの注文です。女将さんの対応が優しいんです。御対麺です。スープの香りが良いですね❗好きな縮れ麺。それに平打ちですよ。麺堅めの注文なので、期待して、スープは美味しい‼️続いて麺を一口。前回より確かに堅めです。しかし、少ししたら、全然堅さが無くなってます。なんで⁉️かみさんの麺は、箸ですくえない位柔らかいんです❗麺堅めの注文は⁉️全然堅くないんですけど⁉️二件目だったので、自分の中華は完食しましたけど、やっとですが。かみさんの分までは流石に、この麺では無理でした。しかしながら、頑張って腹に入れましたが、完食成らず。滅多にに無い事ですけどね❗茹で加減バッチリでの中華そばを今度はご馳走様になりたいですね‼️先ずはご馳走様でした。 I think it's a shop that focuses on soba. O	OJAMA MINI 4く ura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日のおじゃまランチ！新庄市に有る、趣味の店に！ラーメンで初めてミシュラン⭐️を取ったミシュラン一つ星「蔦」店主も絶賛した、隠れ家店の手打ちラーメン！店舗は普通の民家！何処に？と思うが、手打ちそばの、のぼりが有るので大丈夫！但し駐車スペースが、確保されてる訳では無く、道路が行止まりになっているので、車との空間を考えて来る方は駐車して欲しいです。蕎麦とラーメンセットを注文！暫し待つと、初めに十割蕎麦がでて来ます。店のおばちゃんが、蕎麦食べ終わった頃ラーメン持って来るからという事で、まずは蕎麦！漬物とポテトサラダ、玉子焼きが付いてます。これも素朴な味わいでいい感じ！蕎麦はコシがしっかりして香りもいい！食べ終わると、見ていたのか〜というタイミングでラーメンが登場です。合わせて、蕎麦湯とぶどうジュース?！ラーメンは縮れ麺の不均等な麺が透き通るスープにベストマッチ！しかもチャーシューが3枚も！チャーシュー好きの私は満足でした。メニューにカレー蕎麦と言うのも見つけたので次回はカレー蕎麦を！土日は混みようで、早上がりになる時があるそうです。平日が一番いいみたいですね。座るテーブルは４つ有ります。 Today's jam lunch!
