★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子のPCを今後必要になるため見に行ったのですが、その時に声かけてくれたスタッフ田中さんがとても素晴らしかったです。
いつもは声かけられるのが嫌なのですが、すごくスマートな接客で、PCのことも専門用語等使わず事細かに分かりやすく教えていただきました。
また、「高い買い物ですし他のお店も色々見て選ばれたほうがいいですよ」と言ってくださり、名刺の裏に気になっているPCの型番と保証等も付けた値段も記入して「色々と見比べて息子さんが気に入るのが見つかるといいですね。またお待ちしております。」と渡してくれ、とても良かったです。
その後、何件か見て回ったのですが息子の希望もありノジマで購入しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビ、洗濯機など過去気持ちよく買い物してましたが、今回のレンジ、炊飯器購入はあまりよくありませんでした。
掲示してあった下取り値引きやまとめ購入は全部『対象外です』と一蹴、それは仕方ないのですが、持ち帰りかどうかも聞かずお会計、古いレンジの回収方法も帰り際にこちらが聞くまで説明なく。。
不快になったのは初めてなのでこれからも利用しますがもう少し頑張って欲しかったです。

接客はある程度の距離感を取りながらも丁重に接して頂き、結果的には十分納得した上で最適な品を購入出来たと思っている。
