初めて期待せずにテイクアウトを注文しました。 最近はうなぎを食べる事も減りたまに贅沢しようか〜なんて行く程度。 なのでうなぎを食べた数は少ないですが、ここのうなぎはふわふわで、タレもちょうどいい。甘すぎる事なく、うなぎその物の良さを知る事ができて、多分初めてうなぎに2度見しました。 感動でした。 ただ自分がテイクアウトで食べた場所も寂しい所で、口の中の感動とあまりにかけ離れていた事がとても残念。(自分の問題) そしてテイクアウトでインスタントのお吸い物が、入っていましたが、外で食べる人の事を考えたら、コップに飲み物が付いていたらもう感動だったな〜っと。 本当に美味しいものだったので、テイクアウトの入れ物やスープがあったらとか小さい所が逆に目立ちました。 人に教えたくない美味しいお店でした。 、、、と書き何度か行きました。 価値観の違いだと思いますが、うなぎは高級で特別なイメージがあり何度か行きましたが、その度に安いカレーを注文したかの様な返しに、、色々考えさせられました。 忙しくたまには仕事仲間と贅沢に!っとこの店を選んだ自分にマイナス星4つ

(My problem) And there was an instant soup at the takeout, but when I thought about the people who eat outside, I was impressed if the cup had a drink. It was really delicious, so if there was a take-out container or soup, small places would stand out. It was a delicious restaurant that I didn't want to tell people. I think it's a difference in values, but eels have a high-class and special image and I went there several times, but every time I went there, I was made to think about various things as if I ordered a cheap curry. 鰻の串でちょい呑みしながら、ゆっくりと特上鰻重(四千円)が出されるのを待ちます。美味しい鰻は待つのが当たり前の食べ物なので、そんなことで文句を言う野暮なせっかちさんには向いてないかもしれませんね。口の中で、脂の乗った鰻がホロリととろける丁寧な仕事、タレの味付けは薄めで鰻の旨さが味わえます。今まで食べた鰻の中でも間違いなく3本の指に入る美味しさです。明るい接客で気分良く食事ができました。良い店に出会えて嬉しいです。ごちそうさまでした。

とても美味しい。鰻重の特上と車海老の天婦羅を食べたが両方美味しい。酒も有名銘柄があり、グラスで中々と山ねこを注文した。会計合計額は7000円ほどだった。この味でこの値段なら安くかんじた。 日本酒は獺祭や黒龍などあった。

皮の焦がし感のあの風味、そして甘味を少し感じられる濃すぎないタレがウナギの美味しさを引き立てていて食が進みます。 串も8種類位あり、レバーなどを含めて少しだけ頂きましたがちょうど良い仕上がりで風味ヨシ、味ヨシ、心の満足度も高まります。 年に数回のお楽しみとして通っていますがいつも安定した美味しさを楽しめます。 ご馳走様でした☺

ランチタイムを少しずらし訪問し、うな重の上を注文しました。 待つ事20分、出て来たうな重は期待の遥か上を行く物でした。 えっ?と思えるほど柔らかく箸がスッと入りました。 口に入れた瞬間に出る言葉は煉獄さんじゃ無いけど『美味い、美味い、美味い』です。 この食感にこの口当たり、何コレ旨っ、美味すぎるんですけど、 口の中で広がる雑味の無い芳醇な鰻の香りは時間をかけて丁寧に調理した証です。 タレでゴマかす鰻屋が多い中、この店は店主の本気度を感じました。 しかも上鰻たっぷり入って肝吸い付きで、3300円ってボランティアですか? いやー、見つけちゃいましたよ東村山で美味しい店を! 仕事柄全国を飛び回りますが、名ばかりでアレっ言う店が多い中、この店は私の人生、半世紀食べた来た店の中でベスト3に入ります。 コスパで言えば一かニ位かもですね。脳が、舌がリピートを欲する店です。

うな重上を注文。美味しい部類に入ると思う。タレが多めで、ご飯に結構タレがかかっていた。お新香と肝吸いはあまり良くなかった。
