★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱での通院を断られる病院が多い中で、受診させていただけてとても助かりました。
（我が身に振ってこないとなかなか実感できませんが、こちら以外の病院では「発熱時の通院はできません」‥と、すべて断られてしまっていたため‥）
通院時も発熱についてはきちんと時間を区切られ、一般通院の方とは別の受付になるなど徹底した予防をしていただいていたので安心して受診することが出来きました。検査も素早く行っていただけたので良かったです。

先生もちゃんと話を聞いてくれるし、看護師さんも良い人達で安心して通えていました。
が、受付の方の対応に納得いきませんでした。
待合室はそこまで混んでいないように見えましたが、受付の女性の方に「今日は混んでるのでかなり待つと思うが大丈夫か」と言われ、今回は受付時間内ではあるものの、予約外で来てしまったので私は「大丈夫です。待ちます」と言いました。
しかしすぐに「あと10人くらい患者さんが居て、かなり時間かかるので。ごめんなさい」と言われて診察券と保険証を突き返されました。
正直、「は？ じゃあ何で最初に混んでるけど大丈夫か、なんて聞いたんだよ」と思いましたが「薬がなくなりそうなので処方して頂きたいんですが…」と言ったところ、遮るようにして「薬も処方するのに先生に許可を取ったり、色々やる事があって時間がかかるので」と言われて「予約してから来てください」と言われて断られました。
私も予約すれば良かったなと反省する点はありますが、「時間がかかるから」というのは正当な診察拒否の理由になるんでしょうか？
そこがかなり疑問です。というかおかしいと思います。
予約優先というのは書いてありましたし、そんなのは常識ですが、予約外は診てもらえないなんてホームページにも何処にも書いてません。
こちらは受付時間内に来院しましたし、時間云々は完全に病院側の都合だと思います。
そんなに定時で上がりたいなら完全予約制とでも書いておけば良いと思いますよ。

It was written that reservation was prioritized, and that is a common sense, but I do not write anywhere on the home page that I will not be seen outside the reservation.
I came here during the reception hours, and I think the time is completely due to the hospital side.
If you want to go up on time as much as that, I think it would be good to write that it is a complete reservation system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主人が出生時低酸素脳症の為、生まれつき口内の麻痺・左半身に不自由があります。その影響からか、数年前からてんかんのような発作が現れるようになりました。
他の総合病院や大学病院を何軒も回ったのですが、どこも門前払いに等しく「脳波に異常はないから」という事で薬すら処方してくれませんでした。
主人本人が治療を諦め掛けていた時、
Googleで調べてこちらを知りました。
発作時に私が撮影した動画を見て頂いたり、問診をして「側頭葉てんかん」との診断。発作の原因がわからずモヤモヤしていましたが、原因明らかとなって主人共々ほっしました。
内服薬を処方して頂き、今まで頻繁だった発作も抑えられ、日常に自信が出てきたようです。
ただひとつ心配なのは、渡邉先生がご多忙でいらっしゃる事。外来（内科・脳神経内科・心療内科）・往診・発熱外来をしてらっしゃる上、最近医院階下に検呼吸器科の査室を新設されたとの事。
益々お忙しくなるかと思いますが、どうかご自身のお身体くれぐれもご自愛ください。
渡邉先生が不在では、困る方がたくさんいらっしゃると思います。

I was diagnosed with "temporal lobe epilepsy" by watching a video I took during an attack or by asking a question. I didn't know the cause of the seizure and was sick, but when the cause became clear, my husband and I were relieved.
By prescribing an internal medicine, the frequent seizures have been suppressed, and it seems that he has become more confident in his daily life.
The only thing I'm worried about is that Dr. Watanabe is busy. He is an outpatient (internal medicine, neurology, psychosomatic medicine), home visit, and fever outpatient department, and recently a new examination room for respiratory medicine was established downstairs in the clinic.

I think that there are many people who are in trouble if Dr. Watanabe is absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで半年ほど診ていただいてますが、症状は改善せず。来院数が多いと長時間待たされた挙句に、苛ついているのを押し殺しているような早口で捲し立てられ、ものの2分もかからない問診で終了します。
これまでは我慢して通い続けていましたが、ここ２ヶ月くらいは特に酷く、他の患者が受付でトラブルがあり怒鳴っているのも見てウンザリしました。
他にも病院はあるので、そちらへ移ろうと思います。

検査とか色々あるので診察の順番が前後するのは仕方ないが、後から来た人にことごとく抜かされてくのはストレス。
検査結果聞きにきただけなのに45分まって診察1.2分。先生は優しい感じだけど、受付と看護師の1人がすごく感じ悪い。検査異常なかったのでもう来ません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神経痛のような痛みで受診しました。先生は親切で親身に話を聞いてくれるのですが、「歳をとると体の不調の1つや2つ出てくる」というようなことを言われてしまい、30代なのにそりゃないよと思いました。
他の方も書かれているように、予約しても意味がないくらい待ちます。あと、受付の方が対応が良くないですね。今は別の病院に行ってます。
あと、睡眠薬の処方を受けたのですが、精神医学療法の加点を受け、1500円くらい毎回かかっていたのですが、別の病院でも睡眠薬をもらっているのですが、500円くらいで済んでいます。病院の会計方法は詳しくないので、口を挟める身分ではないのですが、損をした気分です。

こちらの病院の先生、看護師さんたちみなさんに支えられたからこそ今の自分があります。

先生の事を本当に尊敬しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor at the clinic is so kindhearted and gentle and versatile at his work. I went there with symptoms of corona i.e. cold, fever, throat pain etc. As usual no hospital or clinic wanted to give me treatment. But this clinic accepted me. When I arrived at the clinic, they kept in separate room from other patients. The doctor and nurse both were very sympathetic and also caring and also very patient when doing swab test ( I was scared to hell and bawled my eyes out at the sight of the swab ? )
N.B. The doctor is english speaking and also there's english speaking nurse at the reception and inside.
I added my front pic of the clinic card to verify that I took service from the clinic.
