★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星一つどころかマイナスにしたい位。数年前に何十回か利用した事があったが、いつもは緊急時に本当に重宝する場所で感謝をしていたけど、1度だけ若い？女の看護師でイライラした高圧的で態度の悪い奴がいて凄く頭に来た時があった。熱が下がらず咳が止まらなくて辛いから緊急で来たかったから来たのに、緊急で来る必要がないですよね！とかイチイチ突っかかってくる態度で、本当に腸が煮えくりかえる思いをした。名札を見ておくべきだった。日によって勤務者が違うみたいだから運が悪いと質が悪い看護師にあたる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が最悪です。急病センターに来る人がテンパって上手く話せない、伝えられないことがあることを考えられた対応ではない。急病の人の代わりに受付に行って、どれくらい待つか？や代理で受付できるか？を先に聞きたかったのに、答えは常に「症状は？」の繰り返し。熱中症っぽいっと伝えても「症状は？」と返してくる。落ち着かせたり、発言から意図を汲もうとする気が感じられない。119番してここに運ばれるならしょうがないと思うが、自ら足を運ぶのにはオススメしないです。体調が悪いなら119番して、ここに運ばれないことを祈ってください。

診察室前の看護婦達も普段は患者が座ってる椅子に堂々と座ってるしちょっとドラマの良い医者は想像してねぇけどちょっとやりすぎなんじゃないの笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誤診されました。元々腎機能が悪く尿の出が悪く受診したところ医師は気のせい、気にし過ぎの一点張り。必要な検査すらしてもらえず帰されました。あまりの体調不良に別の病院の救急外来を受診したらきちんと検査をしてくれた上で膀胱炎と診断されました。もうここにはかかりたくないです。医師や看護師、受付の対応悪いしここにかかるのはオススメしません。

民間では考えられないサービスの質の悪さです。
横浜市への意見投稿がHPから出来るので、皆さんここに書くだけでなく忘れずに意見投稿もしましょう。
まず、入口にいるトリアージの看護士は私物のスマホいじってます。仕事中では？
受付をすると外(駐車場)を100mほど歩かされて診察室へ行かされます。歩くのすら辛い人でも関係ありません。
診察室前で看護士に病状を聞かれますが何故か高圧的です。かと思ったら診察後の説明の時はヘラヘラしてました。どちらにしろ気分悪いです。
終わった後にこんな感じの対応どこかで受けたことあるなと思ったら、中国の国営鉄道の駅でした。やっぱり親方日の丸じゃないけど、税金で雇用が守られてる所って改善意識とか問題意識が希薄なんだろうなと思います。
建物もすごく古いし、内外まるっと入れ替えて欲しいですね。みんな急病で仕方なくここに行ってるだけです。出来ることなら朝きちんとした病院に行きましょう。
