★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外来も内視鏡もパンパンに予約入れていてとても待たされる。だから予約少ないアルバイトの先生しか居ない日がおススメ。受付がいつもイライラしている。若い子にもキツく当たるのが丸聞こえで嫌な気持ちになる。内視鏡アシスタントが看護師ではなく資格のないパートで受付主婦達がやっている。怖い。

内装も雰囲気も落ち着いててオススメ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診でしたが、電話したらすぐに予約をいれてもらえました。院内は静かで落ち着いていて、待たされている様子はありませんでした。だいたいの病院は受付やスタッフの人が態度が悪いことが多く、病院じたいが苦手でしたが、こちらは違いました。受付の方も、他の検査スタッフの方も優しく明るい方達でした。励まそうとする声かけがありがたかったです。私は原因がわからない連日の高熱で受診しましたが、尿検査、レントゲン、採血、超音波までやって頂き原因解明に努めてくれました。私の担当は大石先生という方でしたが、とても親身になって考えて下さいます。体を気遣った処方にして下さいました。今まで受診した内科のどこよりも良くて気に入りました。薬局のスタッフさんも優しく具合を聞いてくださったり、薬についても細かく説明して下さいました。信用できる病院だと思います。今度から内科はこちらをかかりつけにしようと思います。

不安に思っている事は相談すればきちんと答えて下さいます。
大腸内視鏡検査を受けましたが力みすぎて
なかなかカメラが入らず、鎮静剤を追加してもらった所
寝ている間に検査が終わってました。
検査自体は楽でしたが、目が覚めてから気持ち悪くなってしまい
しばらく院内で休むように言われ、点滴をしてもらいました。
家に帰ってから２回嘔吐してしまい、診察時間過ぎているけど
電話して相談するか迷っていたら、逆に電話がかかってきて
「明日には落ち着くと思いますが駄目なようでしたら、
お電話下さい。」とフォローをいただき安心しました。
幸い翌日には症状が落ち着きました。
クレジット決済の領収書を渡し忘れたとの事で
後日郵送していただいたり、信頼出来るクリニックだと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸の内視鏡検査の予約のため伺いました。まだ検査は行っていないので★4ですが★5の気持ちです。まず受付の方々も親切で愛想も良いです。先生は淡々としておりましたが特に不快な気持ちにもならず相談したことには答えてくださりました。このような検査が初めてなのでとても不安で怖かったのですが採血時の助手(？)の看護婦さんがとてもとても良い方で愛想が良く明るくわたしの質問にも親切に答えてくださり一気に安心しました。素晴らしいお仕事だなと思いました。また数ヶ月後に検査ですが、それがスムーズに終われば今後はこちらの病院に絶対通おうと思います。

内視鏡検査が終わり★5に変更しました。
不安でしたが先生や看護婦さんたちが優しくてとても安心しました。検査も全然痛くなくて、その後の説明でも「大丈夫でしたか？」と気にかけてもらえ、優しい素晴らしい先生だと思いました。次回うけるときもこちらに伺いたいです。横浜市内で病院を探している方には絶対的におすすめです。

医師はともかく、事務の担当が悪かったです！
近くに済んでいるので気持ちが悪く行ったのに、いきなり検査。くすりで様子見たらと思い断ろうとしたら怒られました。
そのこと子供のママ友のライン電話話したらみなとみらいのママ友葉押す出来ないと皆からアドバイスもらいました。金額の説明模ほしいです。商売でやっているならやめてほしいです。
ここは場所派良いけど担当に悪い人がいるし、近くなので子どもの友人のママトモからも勧められませんでした！親身になってくれないし、かなり他と比べて倍近く検査も高いとのこと。やたらに検査することで設けているとのことでした。
