二時間待っても診てもらえる時間がわからず、他の人の検査をする始末。
暇な人以外行かない方が良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2時間程待たされた挙句診断中先生が長電話。診断も適当で不愉快な思いをしました。
After waiting for about 2 hours, the teacher made a long phone call during the diagnosis. The diagnosis was appropriate and I felt uncomfortable.

受付にも日本人と中国人の方がいます。
しかし、半日は市大の日本人の先生が診察してくださる時間帯もあるので日本人の先生に診察して頂きたければその時間帯を選んで受診すればいいと思います。
逆に日本人の先生が診て下さる時間の方が空いています。
As others have said, the director is Chinese.
There are also Japanese and Chinese at the reception.
However, there is a time when a Japanese teacher at Osaka City University will see you for half a day, so if you want to see a Japanese teacher, you should choose that time.
On the contrary, I have more time for Japanese teachers to see me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのクリニックには10年程お世話になっています。院長先生は、とても親切で診断も確かです。スタッフも良い方達だと思います。むしろ患者の方が横暴な人がいたので、大変なお仕事だと思いました。私は近所に住む日本人ですが、具合が悪くなると必ず院長先生に診てもらい、いつも感謝しております。これからも頑張ってください！
I have been indebted to this clinic for about 10 years. The director is very kind and the diagnosis is certain. I think the staff are also good people. Rather, some patients were more domineering, so I thought it was a tough job. I am a Japanese living in the neighborhood, but I am always grateful to the director for seeing me when I feel sick. Please keep doing a good job!

その日は午後はH先生診察してくれたのですが、80歳くらいのお爺さんで、こちらの症状を伝えても喉を少しみただけであとは咳止め出しておくからと診察終わり。
もし野毛坂クリニックさんに受診の方はH先生でない方が宜しいかと思います。
受付や看護士の皆さんは対応が丁寧なのに肝心の先生があれでは非常に残念。

If I have a consultation with Nogesaka Clinic, I think a non-H teacher would be fine.
The receptionist and nurses are polite, but it is very disappointing if there is a vital teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCRとインフルエンザの検査一度に出来ないと言われ、
後日PCR検査を待ってたのですが、一向に連絡がないのでこちらから連絡をしたらまだ結果が分からないと言われ、明日にわ分かると思う言われ、また次の日に連絡したらまだ結果が分からないと言われ、曜日も曜日で(土曜日)他の医院もやっておらず、インフルエンザ検査も受け入れてしてくれなく、こちらも仕事の関係上結果も知りたいし、高熱が2日も出たのでインフルだと思うのですが、他の医院に問い合わせた時にPCRとインフルの検査は一度に出来るはずだ言われたので、なぜできないと
言ったのか謎すぎるし、今回みたく土日まで検査結果わからず、連休になるのであれば検査してみましょうかとわならないのか？臨機応変出来ないのか、無責任すぎて呆れました。これじゃ自力でインフル治したとしても過言じゃありません。インフルの検査なんてすぐ分かるのに、何がしたいのか、特に診察する訳でもなく、もう行くことはないですね、最悪の医院です。

I was so irresponsible that I couldn't adapt to the situation. It is no exaggeration to say that this will cure the flu on your own. I know the flu test right away, but I don't really see what I want to do, and I don't go anymore, it's the worst clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高血圧と不整脈で通院しています。院長先生が素晴らしい先生です。いつも話をよく聞いてください、必要な検査を速やかにして、検査結果や病状について丁寧に分かりやすく説明してくださいます。お陰様で病状が安定しています。受付と看護師の方も明るくて親切です。院内清潔でコロナの対策もしっかりしています。安心で見ていただけるクリニックです。
I go to the hospital because of high blood pressure and arrhythmia. The director is a wonderful teacher. Please listen carefully, promptly perform the necessary tests, and explain the test results and medical conditions in a polite and easy-to-understand manner. Thanks to you, my condition is stable. The receptionist and the nurses are also cheerful and kind. The hospital is clean and has good measures against corona. It is a clinic that you can see with confidence.
