w	wata michiru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄くコシのある蕎麦で、麺は太め。私好みの田舎蕎麦。つゆも甘めで蕎麦にぴったり。注文する際に板蕎麦1.5盛りを頼んでみたが、おかみさんから「初めてのひとは普通盛りから食べたほうがいい」と言われたのでおかみさんの言う通りに注文。…食べて納得。普通盛りでも腹いっぱい‼️ 青菜漬け、菊のお通しも美味しかった?(山形県民なら菊はメジャーだが、他県民は珍しいらしい。) 何より家庭的なおかみさんのお客さんを楽しませる温かい雰囲気。お父さんが多分蕎麦打ち、息子さんが茹で担当かな？店の名前がおかみさんのお名前ヒメさんだったとは? また行きたいお店となった。食べたあとに写真を撮ってしまった！完食です‼️ The soba is very chewy and the noodles are thick. Countryside soba that I like. The soup is also sweet and perfect for soba noodles. When I ordered, I asked for 1.5 servings of soba noodles, but my mom told me that "the first person should eat from the normal serving", so I ordered as she said. ... I'm satisfied with eating. I'm full even with normal serving! ️ The pickled greens and chrysanthemums were also delicious ? (Chrysanthemums are major for Yamagata citizens, but other prefectures are rare.) Above all, a warm atmosphere that entertains homely moms' customers. Maybe my dad is making soba noodles and my son is in charge of boiling. The name of the store was Okami-san's name Hime-san ? It became a shop I wanted to go to again. I took a picture after eating! It's complete! ️
ま	まなまな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内いろんな物が置いてあり蕎麦屋らしからぬ散らかりようです。パソコン、新聞の山、置物、ごちゃごちゃと蕎麦には関係のない物が沢山あって田舎のばあちゃんちみたい。ここの時点もう帰りたかった! コロナ禍なのに女将さんがフレンドリー過ぎて肩を触られるし、マスクをしてないのに良く喋るし… でももしかして蕎麦は美味しいかもと期待したが、蕎麦は硬いし短いし太いしで全然美味しく無かったです。小鉢も何個か出ましたが、美味しくなかったな人生で1番美味しくない蕎麦だった There are various things in the store and it seems to be a mess that is not like a soba shop. m	mjun M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦　うどんが美味しいお店二つ盛り（蕎麦＆うどん）がお勧め毎回サービスで季節毎に山菜料理をたぁーーくさん出して下さいます。今年はまだでしたが、毎年5月はアスパラの煮浸しが最高ヽ(^。^)ノ採りたてアスパラを食後大量に購入し作り方習って?で作ります。本日は　筍と蕨の煮物　きゅうりの漬物　ニラのお浸し　ふきと鯖缶の煮浸しなど野菜三昧。この料理が楽しみで毎年この時期伺います。お店の方の人柄が大変良くて、居心地良いひとときを過ごせます。 Soba udon restaurant Two servings (soba & udon) are recommended Please serve edible wild plants every season with a service every time. Not only the soba noodles, but also the small bowls of wild plants that I received from the service were very delicious.
