口に合った。父も、面白がって、食べていて、料理の質、量には、満足した様子だった。父は、外食すると、お酒を飲みたがる人だったが、ビールを美味しそうに飲んでいた姿が、忘れられない。自分も、ビールと、日本酒を飲んだ記憶が有るが、旨かった。
自分も、目新しさと、料理の質、量には、満足できた。何年前になるだろうか？海宝寺の料理が、不味い訳ではないが、白雲庵さんの料理には、二人とも満足した。それを聞いた姉が、随分羨ましがっていた。今月の兄の13回忌に、「白雲庵さんの料理を」と、母に提案したが、却下されてしまった。法事の後は、海宝寺さんで、お食事するそうだ。チョッピリ残念だ。
