★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 犬の病気が眼科案件なのでやむを得ずお世話になっています。駐車場も待合室も大変混み合いますが、ネコの目で呼ばれるタイミングがある程度分かるようになっているので、車さえなんとか停められればひとまず診察は出来ます。ですがお会計も他院の2倍3倍の時間が掛かります。
先生は優しいですし、目の病気は近隣ではここでしか見れないレベルのものがあるのは事実です。しかしそれ以外の手術などはあまり信頼できないので、眼科以外は他にかかりつけ病院を決めて通っています。

目に問題が有る子意外は
できれば別の病院に行ってほしい。
目の傷を見て状態確認ができる設備がある。
常に混んでいる。
家族総出で来てるのに遭遇すると
待合の席がなく外で待ってると
呼び出しされても入口に確認しに来ないので
順番飛ばされてしまう事も有る。、

病院に行く前に、緊急である事の説明と今から病院に向かいますと2回電話しました。
病院について受付の人に、すいません電話した○○です、と言ったら受付の反応薄い。それどころか電話対応した人と受付で申し送りされてないぐらいのレベル。カウンターにはきちんとメモ書きがあったのに何この対応。こちらは命の危機で、1分1秒でも惜しい思いでいったのです。
しかもこちらは猫が死にそうで焦っているのに、病院の説明をつらつら。先生が５人いて指名できるようになってます。と。
緊急で行ってるのに、のんびり先生の指名？
うちの猫、今死にそうなんだけど？
あなたの説明きいてる間に診察されぬまま死んだらどうしてくれんの？

5〜6年前に小さな目の傷の違和感から擦った際に爪が当たってしまったのか、目に穴が空いてしまった際に駆け込んで自己角膜移植の手術をしていただきました。とても綺麗に治していただき、それから数年が経ち…今は白内障でお世話になります。
院長先生は眼科の名医なので待ち時間は長いですが、信頼し安心してお願い出来る先生です。
いつ行っても混んでいて先生のお疲れが心配になるくらいなのですが、いつも穏やかで優しく診察してくださいます。
