お昼の食事時に路地裏を歩いていたら寒い体を温めようかと担々麺に惹かれて入店しました。 注文したのは 濃厚坦々麺 950円 痺れ増し しばらくしてお待ちかねの担々麺(^^♪ 濃厚なスープと焦がしエビの風味がとてもおいしく 頂きました。 次回は汁なし担々麺をいただきたいと思います

味がとても好きでたまに訪れる銀座 嘉禅。 担々麺のお店もあると言うので西新橋店に19時ごろ入店 日曜と祝日の合間だからか客は僕一人。 嘉禅でのシメの担々麺と同じと伺い、「同じ味かぁ」と躊躇っていると、「冷やしもいいですよ」との提案を採用。野菜は欠かせない歳なので、たっぷり野菜の冷やし担々麺をチョイス。「カリカリ海老揚げ増しは風味が上がるのでホントお薦めします。」も採用。ハイボールで待つ。 お薦めは大正解。温かいものとは全く異なる味わいに感じるし、揚げ海老の風味も最高、痺れが隙間を埋める。ハイボールで休憩しても、水でやすんでもスープに手がのびる。 まとめ: 昼は既に行列のようだが、夜呑みの〆にこそ、冷やし担々麺をオススメする。ややお高いという人はいるだろうが、銀座の一流店の味が楽しめると思えば数百円を気にするのは理解できない。清潔な店は当然、女子連れにも最適と思う。 お店の皆さん、良いサジェスチョンと気持ちの良い一時をありがとう。

濃厚坦々麺と国産豚の焼売を注文。 焼売が出てくるのに時間がかかったが、オーナーらしき方がライスをサービスしてくれて嬉しかった。坦々の汁が濃厚で美味しかった。また、訪れたようと思う。

坦々麺食べたくて検索したらここが出てきたので来店 汁ありと汁なしの2種類のお店 今回は汁なし坦々麺を注文 ここは食券を事前に買ってオーダーする仕組み。 そんでもって水に凄い気を使ってます。 それが凄い特徴! レモンや他2種類(ローズマリーかも?) が入ったものでした。口の中が爽やかになるので良い。 しばらく待つと麺が運ばれてきた。 麺は細麺。 大概の店だと汁ありと汁ないで麺を分けてたりするがここはどうもどちらも一緒のようだ。 そして麺が少ない。大盛りの選択がないので若干少ないと感じる。 味は汁なし坦々麺なので普通かな。 大きくこれが特徴ですみたいな具の主張はありませんでした。 味指定で普通と痺れの2種類があり痺れを選択するもあまりパンチなし。 カウンターに山椒が置いてあるのでこれで痺れupをガンガン出来るのは凄く良い。満足いく痺れ具合に出来ました。 汁ありだと替え玉ありのようなので注力してるのが汁ありで汁なしはあんまり力入れてないのかもです。 汁なしは900円であの量ではコストパフォーマンス悪すぎる印象がやはり残ってます。なら1000円で大盛りチョイスとか欲しかったわ 最低でも大盛りが出来るのように最調整が必要かと思う。 汁ありはスープ作ってで仕込みから考えると利益率低いかもだけど、汁なしは麺も汁あり用と同じ、その上汁がないんだから他で頑張らないと満足度は上がらないかなぁ 少食で美味しい坦々麺を食べたい方女性受けは良さそう。 でも新橋のランチターゲットはサラリーマンで胃袋いっぱいにしたい人の方が多いだろうから今後の繁盛は疑問符がつきました。近くに他にも坦々麺屋ありますしねぇ 次は汁ありを頼んでみます。

勤務先近くのコチラ、平日の14時過ぎの訪問で前客3名、滞在中に後客3名。この日は濃厚担々麺を食す。950円也。痺れマシにて。辛さは卓上の辣油で調整可能、と言ったところかな。 胡麻風味効いたトロみの強い、所謂濃厚感のあるスープ。ベースは辛さよりも胡麻の甘さが勝っている感じ。麺はすごく細い、博多とかの細い棒麺とも違うちょっと平打ち感と縮れのある独特な麺。具材は細切り長ネギ、刻み九条ネギ、肉そぼろに何やら子海老を使った香味油的な物が沢山乗ってます。 味はとても美味しくて、店員さんの接客応対もすこぶる感じ良いです。お店もキレイです。 惜しむらくは、営業時間が良くわからない…。やってると思って行ってみるとやってなかったり。 でも良いお店です。 [2021年12月 再訪] 土曜の14時半頃の訪問で前客、滞在中の後客も無し。オフィス街なので土日は人が少ないんでしょう。この日も濃厚担々麺を食す。痺れマシにて。痺れマシとは言ってもさして辛い訳でもないので、そこは卓上の辣油、山椒でブースト。自家製辣油をレンゲ2杯分ほど投入するもさして辛くはならないですが、胡麻油の風味も強くないので元味を邪魔しない。 相変わらずメディアで書かれている営業時間とは違うようで、その辺りが少々難あるものの、接客応対もすこぶる感じ良く、お店もキレイで、変わらずにお勧めできるお店ではあります。 【2022年3月 再訪】 久々の訪問。平日の14時くらいで前客ゼロ! この日は四川担々麺を食す。1000円也。新しいメニュー?前からあったかな? で、その四川担々麺ですが、シビレ増しでオーダーしましたが、増したかどうだか? 味としては酸辣湯麵的な酸味を強く感じるスープ。麺も通常より少し太いかな?気のせいかな? 辛くも痺れも無いので卓上の辣油と山椒でフルブースト! 酸味が好きではないので通常の濃厚担々麺の方がよかったかです。
