★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺では有名なつじ田の新橋店です。以前に渋谷店に行ったことがあるので、つじ田はこれで2回目です。新橋駅よりも内幸町が近いので、新橋駅からは少し離れていますね。
今回は二代目味たまつけ麺を注文しました。
つけ麺のスープは魚介系スープで、麺はツルツルの中太縮れ麺です。スープに黒七味を入れるとアクセントになりますが、スープが濃厚というか塩分が高めのスープですので、最後はスープ割は必要ですね。麺にかぼすが付いてますので、さっぱり食べたい時は麺にかけるのがいいです。
300gまで同一価格の1100円でしたが、つけ麺としてクオリティとコスパを考えると★4つです。
