H	Hamusan 7 (Hamusan) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.3.23追記濃厚味噌ラーメン煮玉子の、まったりをオーダー。食べログなどでの評判通りの濃厚味噌スープで平打ち縮れ麺が良く絡んでスルスル食べれます。今回は丼モノを付けませんでしたが酢飯にも濃厚味噌スープが合いそうです。ご馳走さまでしたー。汐留で働いてますが会社から5分かからないくらいの場所にあります。店名の通り喜多方らーめんのお店ですがらーめんのクオリティが高いです。ほどよい縮れ麺、甘味のある背油とスキッとした醤油スープ、ホロホロのチャーシューのバランスが良いと思います。何杯でも食べれるらーめんです。またセットで頼む海鮮丼もクオリティが高い。ネタが新鮮でちゃんと酢飯でした。海鮮丼だけでもお店開けるのではないでしょうか。店内もカウンターのみですがかなり広く清潔です。次回は味噌ラーメン食べにきます。 Added 2022.3.23 I ordered a chilled egg with rich miso ramen. The quality of the seafood bowl that you order as a set is also high. The material was fresh and it was vinegared rice properly. I think you can open a shop with just a seafood bowl. The inside of the store is only a counter, but it is quite large and clean. Next time I will come to eat miso ramen.
宮	宮成公太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TVで紹介されていたお店、朝から開いてる珍しいラーメン屋さんです福島の喜多方では一般的な朝ラーを東京の方にも味わってほしいと、始めたそうですたしかに朝からでもごくごくいけそうなほど、あっさりスープが本当に旨い！ちぢれの太麺にも良く合います因みにスープは背脂入りのまったりにもできます併せて今回は大トロ漬丼を頂きました新鮮ないい鮪が赤酢のお米とよく合ってましたちと少なめですがラーメンにも合う素晴らしい逸品でした〜 The shop introduced on TV is a rare ramen shop that has been open since the morning.
