Best Ramen restaurant in japan

K	Koichi Tanaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大変スマートなビジュアル。チャーシューは味も厚みも食感も全てヨシ。なんか残念なのは｢スープ｣。味が薄くて、チキンブイヨンに鶏油って感じです。 Very smart visual. Char siu has a good taste, thickness and texture. What's unfortunate is "soup". The taste is light and it feels like chicken bouillon and chicken oil.
横	横山雄一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場の人から美味しいと聞いたので訪問してみました。カウンターのみ１０席ほどのお店ですが、１時過ぎというのに満席で待ち客も１人いました。私のあとにも次々と入って来ました。人気店なんでしょうね。初訪問なので最初はスタンダードな「中華そば」を入口にある券売機で食券を買って後ろの席で待ちましたが、５分ほどで席に着けました。席に着くと程なく提供されました。スープを一口すすると、あまりインパクトがありませんでした。麺はツルっとしたストレート麺ですが、こちらもインパクトがありません。チャーシューは３枚乗っていましたが、こちらは美味しかったです。喜多方ラーメンだというので、もっとガッツリとした醤油ラーメンかと思っていましたが、もっとさっぱりした塩ラーメンに近い感じですね。誰にでも愛されるラーメンだと思いますが、私にはインパクトが薄かったです。 I heard from a person at work that it was delicious, so I visited it. Only the counter has about 10 seats, but even though it was past 1 o'clock, it was full and there was one waiting customer. It came in one after another after me. It's a popular store, isn't it? Since this is my first visit, I bought a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine at the entrance of the standard "Chinese noodles" and waited in the back seat, but I got to the seat in about 5 minutes. It was served shortly after I got to my seat. A sip of soup didn't have much impact. The noodles are smooth and straight noodles, but they also have no impact. I had 3 char siu on board, which was delicious. It's Kitakata ramen, so I thought it was a more savory soy sauce ramen, but it's more like a refreshing salt ramen. I think it's a ramen that everyone loves, but it didn't have much impact on me.

T	TN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found another good ramen restaurant in Shinbashi. Light salt flavor soup, medium size flat noodle. The taste is great. The charismatic meat was quite flavorful! I actually went twice in one week! The first time I ate left me with a great impression that I had to go once more. I recommend Tanaka Soba.
