新橋でのランチと言えばラーメンですよね? と言うことで新橋二丁目日比谷通り沿いにある「麺家 いし川」で味玉ラーメンを食べました。 麺は中太麺。加水率低めの麺はツルツルと言うより、ワシャワシャと食べれる感じがするのはボクだけ?(;^_^A スープはドロッとしており、魚介が香る塩豚骨と言った感じだが、さほど塩が強いわけではない。勿論最後の方になってくると気持ち塩気が強くなるが大した事ではない。。魚介の風味は最初こそ目立ってはいるが、そのうち豚骨が前に出てくるような感じで変化はある。。 トッピングの味玉は黄身が微妙に流れ出すくらいなので、まだいいが、これが流れ出してスープを汚すのがボクは好きではないため、この辺りが限界かな、、(..)(__)ウン チャーシューは一見固そうに見えるが、ホロホロと崩れる感じで美味しかった。。 【ジャッジメント】 麺 ☆☆☆★★ スープ ☆☆☆★★ トッピング ☆☆☆★★ アクセス ☆☆★★★ トータル ☆☆☆★★ 【総評】 場所的に新橋や御成門からも遠く、わざわざたべに来る程でもないと思えてしまうのが残念。 つけ麺もあるので、食べてはみたいが、、(^^)d

最近のラーメンでは1番にお気に入りのお店です。 スープはやや粘度が高く、あまり塩味を強く感じない。なのでスルスルと麺も進み、スープも全部イケちゃいます。 チャーシューにはあとほんの少しだけ、塩分があれば完璧じゃないかな?! これは完全に個人の好みの問題か……?! 麺に関してはやや硬めですが、私は好きです。 ま、何というか……自分の好みに凄くマッチするお店なので、評価は高くなりますね。 これからも何度も来たいと思います。 追記 後日訪問したのですが、チャーシューの塩加減がバッチリでした。もう自分的には、完璧なラーメンです。

久々に「美味しかったです」と伝えたくなるラーメンでした! 特製らーめん(1050円)+追加チャーシュー(130円×2枚) 濃厚だけどあっさりしてるというレビューは見てて写真から塩ラーメンっぽいスープなのかな?と思っていたのですが、スープを口にしてなるほど、こういう系か!と。 ポタージュのような濃厚さトロトロ系の豚骨スープのよう。 麺もしっかりしててスープに負けてないし、チャーシューも美味しかった。 チャーシューは温かくない状態で乗っててそのままだとパサつきを感じますがスープの中で温めておけばホロホロのチャーシューに変わってとても良きでした。

A 5 minute from Shinbashi station. Ramen was good. It’s a creamy fish based soup with medium thick noodles. Great tasting.
