★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park is closed for renovations for the next couple of years. Many tourists take the Tokyo Sakura Tram from Minowa to visit here, unaware that it isn’t open. Arakawa-Ku should do a better job of informing foreign visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a very affordable afternoon out with the family. The sky cycle is a great experience. Less crowded too. Much lower crowd compared to the Tokyo Dome. Restaurants and street food are available on the way from the station. Will visit again.
People who have a Toei subway line close to their home can buy a 500 yen one day pass, which is valid on all Toei lines and also the Toei Toden Arakawa Tram, and do a round trip to this place quite cheaply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to visit from my childhood days. This tiny amusement park has a lot of fun for children. Entrance fee is almost free, but rides need some charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun to go there by tram. A very nice place to enjoy with kids. Need to pay entrance fee (not for young kids, my daughter is 3 she was free. (Dont know exact till which age is free) and fee to run the rides (however this is normal in Japan) My daughter liked the rollercoaster the best, it is a nice one for kids. As we run multiple times the owner gave us 1 free ride, very much enjoyed and appreciated. Thanx guys!
