★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 영어 메뉴가 없는게 아쉽지만 친절히 메뉴 설명해주십니다. 중화요리 기반인 것 같고 돼지고기요리를 점심으로 먹었는데 디저트까지 너무 맛있습니다. 잘먹고갑니다.
 Unfortunately there is no English menu, but please kindly explain the menu. It seems to be Chinese based and I had pork for lunch and the dessert is so delicious. Eat well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま通りかかったら美味しそうだったので入りました。
野菜のナチュラルフードコーディネーターや出汁ソムリエという肩書きが物語る通り、素材もスープも美味しかったです。醤油味をいただきましたが、麺の色も相まってラーメンというより蕎麦に近い感じでしたが美味しかったです。
あと、惣菜が素晴らしく美味しかったです。付け合わせというにはもったいないレベル。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年1月11日に新しくオープンされた創作料理のお店「くっきんぐえくすぺりめんと番」さんです。店内は、カウンター席とテーブル席と小上がりもあります。京野菜と旬の食材を使った料理は、あっさりした味付けで身体にも優しい感じがします。ランチは、おかずのランチと麺のランチと丼のランチと３種類から選べます。私は麺のランチ担々麺のセット(￥972)をいただきました。担々麺と小鉢に３種類のおかずと揚げ春巻とライスがセットになっています。担々麺は、辛さだけが引き立ったタイプではなくて、麺のおいしさやゴマの風味もちゃんとバランスよく感じとれます。スタッフさんの対応もよくて、お店もオープンしたてで、キレイで気持ちよく食事ができました。(価格は2019年3月時点のものです。)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出汁ソムリエ、唐揚げマイスター、野菜のナチュラルフードコーディネーターのマスターが作るご飯は、「素材」というか「食材」にこだわりがあり、その食材の旨さがわかる調理をされてました。
丁寧な仕事をされていて、一品一品がとても良かったです。
また、素晴らしいと感じたのは「箸」
丁寧に調理された品を食べるのに、箸先が細くて小さい物を掴みやすいのは、繊細な料理を味わうためには最適でした。
小鉢、唐揚げ、どれも美味しく、今度は夜にビールと共に味わう事を心に決めてあとにしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little local restaurant with modern decor and a nice atmosphere. Food was delicious, especially the sweet and sour pork. Set menu for lunch was at a very reasonable price ~1000 yen. Menu in Japanese. Staff speaks limited English but was very helpful.
