手間かかった食事で、TVで見てこんな店だったんだ♪と知れた。
いかにも良さそうな店で、親を連れて近く行きたい。期待の☆4.5

牛すじポテサラも、トロトロこってりでお酒が進んでしまいました…
日本酒も、京都のお酒を出していただき、気さくなご主人の手際を肴に楽しい夜でした。
現金のみなので、そこだけご注意を！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常に美味しいお店です。刺身も寝かしたり炙ったり仕事をしており大変美味しいです。大将1人でやっているので、混んでいると少し待ちますがゆったりと楽しみましょう。
It's a very delicious shop. The sashimi is also very delicious as it is laid down and roasted for work. I'm doing it by myself, so if it's crowded, I'll wait for a while, but let's enjoy it relaxedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こぶりなカウンター割烹がランチ限定で出している手打ちそばと鯖ずしのセット。日替わりで一品が追加されます。
個人的にはもう少し鯖の酢じめが強いほうが好みですが、写真の通り技ありな仕上がりです。
今度は夜も訪問してみたいです。
A set of handmade soba noodles and mackerel sushi that is served only for lunch by Koburi Counter Kappou. One item will be added daily.
Personally, I prefer the mackerel to be a little more vinegared, but as you can see in the picture, it has a waza-ari finish.
I would like to visit at night this time.

いつ行っても大満足です。
味、雰囲気、接客、全て高評価です。
多くを語らず、黙々と調理に集中する大将のお姿には流石の貫禄を感じます。
静かで落ち着いた時間の中でいただくお料理は、味で勝負している店にしかできない技だと思います。
特に蕎麦と鯖寿司は絶品です。
ただし最近、わずかに鯖寿司の味が変わってきているように感じます。
煙草を吸っている友人は以前と変わらず、うまい。といいます。
非喫煙者の私は開店当初の頃の味が大好きです。
また必ず伺います。
楽しみにしております。

何食べても一手間ふた手間かけて丁寧に作ってくれているので、美味しすぎていつも笑顔になるしお酒が進みます(^^)
ここの和食食べると他行けません。
it's one of my favourite stores.
No matter what you eat, it takes a lot of time and effort to make it carefully, so it's so delicious that it always makes you smile and the sake goes on (^^)
You can't go anywhere else if you eat Japanese food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's already a year ago me and lady travelling Japan and enjoyed many stunning places. One evening, just leaving guesthouse Oumi to find any place for dinner, we found this jewel same street. Spontaniously we stepped inside. One year later we often think back about this special evening.
From the first seconds we stepped inside, the chef and a regular old man greeted us warmly welcome and they took is into a magical evening fine dinning. High entertainment value by the chef, excellent, fresh and creative food. After dinner lots of Sake sharing. It was awsome and will come back. Love.
