★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回か行っていて、自分のおばあちゃんが作ってくれたような安心感のある味がするハンバーグが好きで頼んでいました。 久しぶりに去年行きハンバーグ頼みましたが、おそらく作り置き？なのかあたためが甘く中が冷たくていつもの熱々じゃなかった事がすこし残念でした。お昼時大変込み合いかなり密な印象でしたので言われた訳ではないけど食べてはマスク、食べてはマスクで自分なりに繰り返しました。コロナなりたくないので(--;)

今日は五目そばをおにぎりセットで。
五目そばの具に、白菜・豚肉・小えび・タケノコ・にんじん・きくらげ・落し玉子。具は種類も量も多め✨
中細ストレート麺で、スープはあっさりやけどコクのある醤油味。ラーメンとはまた違う、定食屋の五目そば。懐かしくて美味しい味。
玉子をかじりながらスープ飲むのが大好きです。
おにぎりはコロンと丸っこい三角おにぎり。中は昆布とおかか。おつけもんはツボ漬けみたいなんでした。
お腹いっぱい！ごちそうさまでした?

Medium-thin straight noodles, the soup has a light but rich soy sauce flavor. Gome soba, a set meal restaurant that is different from ramen. Nostalgic and delicious taste.
I love to drink soup while biting an egg.
The rice balls are colons and round triangular rice balls. Inside is kelp and dried bonito. Tsukemono was like pickled vegetables.
