ぽ	ぽてちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひさしぶりに行ってみました。「よきな」はアピタ伊那店の近くです。広い駐車場があり車で行っても大丈夫です。お昼頃に行きましたが店内にはお客さんがぽつぽつと居る程度で好きなカウンター席に座れました。ひさしぶりに来たので「支那そば(大盛り)」麺硬めと注文をしました。女性スタッフの方が一度に３人の支那そばを作り始めました。手際がいいです。カウンター席から厨房での調理を見ているとあっという間に支那そばが完成し提供されました。スープの香りは醤油、だし汁が全面に出てくることはなくトッピングのワカメの香りがほんのり感じられるくらいでした。シナチクはシャキシャキと歯切れよくチャーシュー自体にしっかり味が染み込んでいて噛みごたえがありました。麺はちょいちぢれで大盛りだけあってボリュームがありました。スープの味わいは穏やかな塩味がじわっと広がりますがじわじわと甘みも感じるようになり後味よく余韻が残るので食がどんどん進みました。たまに食べたくなる味です。 I went there for the first time in a long time.
