紫明通りまで中央分離帯に銀杏の木がそれは見事に黄色になって居ます。
確かに京都の紅葉スポット?の高雄・三千院・清水寺・東福寺等は素晴らしいと思うが、此処の銀杏並木は感動します。

Seseragi park : The Horikawa Waterfront Environmental Improvement Project which is to bring the flow of water back on Horikawa street was completed in 2009, and now the sound of rushing water has returned to Horikawa street. Horikawa literally means “ Dug-out river “
Horikawa used to be a flowing canal with abundant water, but it was left virtually waterless as a result of the flood control measures put in place in the 1950s. Launched in 1997, the project was Kyoto City's response to the residents' desire to see the crystal clear water come back to Horikawa. Water has been redirected from the 2nd old canal to redirect the water from Kamo River to Shimei-dori, and is now flowing from Horikawa-dori to Horikawa-Oike, covering the entire 4km-long water passageway, which is divided into five zones, each with a pedestrian path. Autumn View of Tranouchi / Horikawa to Shimei street along Seseragi Park is breath-taking. These zones are called “ Horikawa Seseragi Park “ literally means “ Park of stream “. Its park area is stretching out within the median strip 中央分離帯 of Shimei street and Horikawa street.
