適度な接客、落ち着いた雰囲気で、池袋のなかでは上級フレンチでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝祭日の平日に訪問。お昼の12時から予約してましたが、行ってみるとは席は他にも空いてるようでした。
ランチのAコースをオーダー。前菜とメインは複数から選択できます。今回は前菜に豚肉とレバーのパテ、メインに真鯛のポワレを選びました。
前菜のパテは肉の味がしっかりと凝縮されていて、胡椒が効いており美味しかったです。付け合わせのマスタードソースとサラダのドレッシングも風味が良くパテにも合ってました。
メインのポワレは特に美味しい一品でした。カリッと香ばしく焼き上げられた皮と、程よく火が通った身の部分がとても良い食感と風味を生み出してました。しかも、ひと切れではなく二切れ付いており、満足感もありました。ソースも美味しかったです。このクオリティであればひと皿で1800円してもおかしくはないと思います。
デザートのブラマンジェとコーヒーも美味しくいただきました。
手頃なお値段で美味しいフレンチが食べられるお店が池袋にあったのは良い発見でした。

I ordered the A course for lunch. You can choose from multiple appetizers and mains. This time, I chose pork and liver pate as the appetizer, and red sea bream poele as the main.
The appetizer pate had a well-condensed meat taste and was delicious with pepper. The garnished mustard sauce and salad dressing were also tasty and matched the pate.
The main poele was a particularly delicious dish. The crispy and fragrant skin and the moderately cooked body produced a very good texture and flavor. Moreover, there were two pieces instead of one piece, which made me feel satisfied. The sauce was also delicious. With this quality, I think it wouldn't be strange to pay 1800 yen for one plate.
The dessert blancmange and coffee were also delicious.
It was a good discovery that there was a restaurant in Ikebukuro where you can eat delicious French food at a reasonable price.

西口でも有数の評価の店だったが、確かに食べてみると高評価な理由もわかる
今回の真鯛のポワレは皮面がパリッと香ばしく、出された時の香りもとても良く、素晴らしい一皿だった
店内は静かで落ち着いた感じなので、誰かとゆっくり食べに来るのもよいが、ひとりで食べに来るのもよいだろう。自分が来た時は同じような一人客が別に2組いた
次はBかCのコースを食べに来ようと思う

前菜、メインは選択可能。この時は前菜は豚のレバーパテを選択。豚の臭みが無く、とても美味でした。メインは魚、この時は真鯛のポアレでした。皮がパリパリで身はふっくら、付け合わせの野菜も美味しい。全部クオリティ高くて、美味しい。メインだけで1800円の満足感。
シェフ1人で対応していたので、提供はゆっくりめ。店内は静かで感染対策もしっかりしてるので、安心して食事ができました。
大切な時の食事会や接待での利用が良さそう。

乾杯のシャンパンもお料理も、オモテナシも最高でした。
店内はこじんまりとしていて、高級感があるという訳ではないが、静かに食事が出来ます。
