変わりダネもあり、おでん屋ならではの日本酒出汁割りもあり、楽しめました！
This is an oden shop on the 1st floor of a multi-purpose building, right in front of Ikebukuro Station C3 exit. When I was looking for the second house, I found this shop that was open until night.
There was also a change, and there was a Japanese soup broth that was unique to an oden shop.

カウンター8人、4人掛けテーブルが2つ。
ここのお店はとにかくパーフェクト黒ラベルのお店に
認定されているだけあって生ビールが美味い！
泡がクリーミーで喉越し最高！
あとおでん！冬はおでん。焼酎の出汁割は裏メニューですがオススメです。
日本酒はその時の、品揃えで違いますが日本酒に合う料理もマスターに言うと出してくれます。
BiSHファンの常連さんが多くて池袋ではBiSHの聖地になる可能性も！
カウンターは1人飲みのお客さん多いので行きやすいです。

Oden! Oden in winter. Shochu stock is the back menu, but it is recommended.
Sake is different depending on the assortment at that time, but if you tell the master the dishes that match the sake, it will be served.
There are a lot of regular BiSH fans, and Ikebukuro may become a BiSH sacred place!
The counter is easy to get to because there are many single drinkers.

店内は常連さんが多い印象?
深夜食堂を思わせるような、コの字カウンターを囲んで和やかな雰囲気でした?
テーブル席は２つあり、新規でも来店しやすそうです?
店主さん1人できりもりしているお店は、他の居酒屋ではない、ならではのアットホームな環境ですね?
2軒目で来店したので料理は控えめに、おでんのお任せのみを注文。出汁は節系で甘めの琥珀色で、これだけでお酒がいけますね?
辛子と柚子胡椒とは別に、
おでんには珍しく粗挽きの胡椒が薬味でついてきました♪これも合いますね⭐️
メニューは日替わりの手書きのもので、毎日来ても違うものがあるのが良いですね！
常連さんも飽きさせない工夫を感じました?
おでんタネも季節によって種類が変わるみたいで、今度は変わりダネにも挑戦してみたいところ。

Since I came to the store at the second restaurant, I ordered only the oden, with a modest amount of food. The soup stock is knotty and sweet amber, so you can drink with just this ?

Rarely for oden, coarsely ground pepper comes with condiments ♪ This also goes well ⭐️
The menu is handwritten daily, and it's good to have something different every day!
I felt that the regulars didn't get bored ?
It seems that the type of oden seeds also changes depending on the season, so this time I would like to try changing the seeds.
