以前利用した晴海トリトン店の接客が良かったのでこちらの店をチョイス。
さて入店するもホールさん実質ワンオペ状態。
そんな忙しい中も孤軍奮闘する男性店員さんは素晴らしかったが片方の新人さんが新人さん過ぎた。恐らく初めてのアルバイトなのだろう。
全く周りが見えておらず仕事が来てもどこか上の空。
新人もなかなか来ないだろうから次もし来たときに彼女がエースとして働いてるところを見てみたいものだ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和牛のかつランチ。ペラペラの薄いカツはほとんど火を通さないレア。中心はローストビーフをイメージしていたが全然違って刺身のような生で赤い汁が垂れている。トンカツのような満足感は得られないし、3000円の価値はない。つけだレはワサビ醤油、ソース、塩、おろしポン酢。ご飯はベチャベチャ。ワサビ単体だけは美味しかった。
Wagyu beef lunch. The thin cutlet is rare and hardly cooked. The center was the image of roast beef, but it was completely different and raw like sashimi with red juice dripping. You can't get the satisfaction of pork cutlet, and it's not worth 3000 yen. Tsukedare is wasabi soy sauce, sauce, salt, and grated ponzu sauce. The rice is sticky. Only wasabi was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高すぎる割にダシの香りがしない味噌汁や塩水に漬けただけのような小鉢など、全般的に作りが雑です。空席があるのに30分近く料理が来なかったのもポイント低いです。おすすめしません。
It's generally complicated to make, such as miso soup that doesn't have the scent of dashi even though it's too expensive, and small bowls that look like they're just soaked in salt water. It is also a low point that the food did not come for nearly 30 minutes even though there were vacant seats. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勝牛在京都去過一次，上次在京都市去了火車站對面的一間店，味道令我非常失望。
可是今次在池袋西武的12樓找到了勝牛。點了他的季節限定和牛定食。味道非常好??，只是溫度不夠熱，和牛有部份有點過肥，但無論環境整體食物都令我非常滿意。
建議喜歡吃吉列牛排?的朋友，現在因為疫情又去不了京都，不妨來池袋東武店12樓試一試。
Shengniu visited once in Kyoto. The last time I went to a shop opposite the train station in Kyoto, I was very disappointed in the taste.
But this time I found Katsuniu on the 12th floor of Seibu in Ikebukuro. Ordered his seasonal limited Wagyu set meal. The taste is very good ??, but the temperature is not hot enough, and some of the wagyu beef is a bit too fat, but the overall food is very satisfactory to me regardless of the environment.
It is recommended for those who like to eat Gillette steak. Now that they can’t go to Kyoto due to the epidemic, they may try it on the 12th floor of the Tobu store in Ikebukuro.

勝牛はぎりぎり並ばずに入れたので、こちらへ。

んー火が通りすぎてる・・・残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼の正午前だったのですぐ座席に案内してくれた。消毒、検温、ディスタンスとコロナ対策は十分でした。約2000円の牛カツロース定食を頼みました。山椒塩、山葵醤油、ソースと味が楽しめるし、カツは薄く切ってあるので食べやすい。満足できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕飯時、ピーク時間を少し過ぎてから訪問したのですが、空いてるかと思いきや、少し並びました。空いているお店もあったので人気のお店なんだと思います！
落ち着いている綺麗な店内で店員さんの接客も良く注文時と帰る際にも私達に気づいてくださり「ありがとうございました」と声をかけてくださったので、私もお辞儀と「ごちそうさまでした」とご挨拶させていただきました。
断トツお肉が食べたい気分の日でして（笑）でも欲張りなので季節限定の「鮪カツと牛カツ」のセットにしました。
京都のお店？なのか、関東の味付けよりも上品で、美味しかったです(*´ч`*)焼魚定食や京風うどんなどもありました。
またリピートしたいお店のうちの一つになりました♪
追記☆2022 1/13 再訪問☆
前回よりだいぶ空いててすぐに空いてる好きな席に座れました！
今回は「サーロイン」と「牛タン」カツの相盛りです。
定食のお味噌汁がしょっぱくて、ご飯は柔らかめでちょっと残念でした…
カツは美味しかったので良かったです(^_^;)

A store in Kyoto? It was more elegant and delicious than the Kanto seasoning (* ´ч` *) There were grilled fish set meals and Kyoto-style udon noodles.
It has become one of the shops I want to repeat again ♪

I was able to sit in my favorite seat, which was much more vacant than last time and was immediately vacant!
This time, it is a combination of "sirloin" and "beef tongue" cutlet.
The miso soup of the set meal was salty, and the rice was soft and a little disappointing ...
The cutlet was delicious so it was good (^ _ ^;)
