★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋東武スパイス15階にあるので、落ち着いた雰囲気で食事を楽しめます。お昼は比較的リーズナブルです。会食、記念日等には予約するのが良いと思います。写真は葉月(8月)のメニューです。
 Because it is on the 15th floor of Ikebukuro Tobu Spice, you can enjoy a calm atmosphere. Lunch is relatively reasonable. I think it's better to make reservations for dinners and anniversaries. The photo shows the menu for Hazuki (August).

素材を生かしたお料理が楽しめました。
I had a spring-like lunch.
The polite and kind customer service was comfortable and I was able to spend a relaxing time.

(お味はもちろん良いですが、何か物足らない感じでした。)
デザート(葛切りとか、みつ豆・アイス・ゼリーなど)1品あると満足感がupすると思います。
企業努力を期待しています。
I had lunch. I changed from soup to white miso bowl and added meat. The rice has been refilled.
(The taste is of course good, but something wasn't enough.)
I think that one dessert (Kuzukiri, Mitsumame, ice cream, jelly, etc.) will make you more satisfied.

Perhaps the cost of ingredients is kept down, the bowls, sashimi, etc. do not have a sense of volume, and the contents are a little cheap and disappointing. I would like to expect improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8800円の寿山コースでしたがお刺身が海老1つ鯛2切れトロが1切れの半分と湯葉で刺身4種盛りと湯葉も刺身？と感じました。旬菜はずわい蟹と書いてるのかにが全然入ってないのでこの評価です六さんは6600円で寿山よりコスパはよかったです。
It was a Kotobukiyama course for 8800 yen, but the sashimi is 1 shrimp, 2 slices of sea bream, half of 1 slice of tofu skin, 4 kinds of sashimi with yuba, and sashimi with yuba? I felt that. I don't know if Shunsai is written as a crab, so this is the evaluation. Roku-san was 6600 yen and the cost performance was better than Kotobukiyama.
