その中にこの店がある。
以前から何度も店の前を通ったことがあり気になっていた。
ネットでも評判もいいので、この日は昼のちょい飲みで訪れた。
日曜日と言うこともあり開店直後の時間にも関わらず、既にカウンターは一杯。
何とか一席空いていてカウンターに陣取った。
ちょい飲みだから料理は一品と決めている。
餃子か名物の清蒸鶏、つまり蒸し鶏で迷ったが、やっぱり蒸し鶏にしよう。
瓶ビールと蒸し鶏を注文した。
冷えて瓶ビールをゆっくり飲んでいると、その間もどんどんお客さんが入ってくる。
２階席もあるようで、どんどん上がってゆく。
そうこうするうちに清蒸鶏が出てきた。
蒸し鶏を切り分けてもので、タレが付いている。
蒸し鶏は、蒸し方が丁度よく柔らかさが絶妙。
ピリ辛のタレにピッタリだ。
ビールを飲みながら蒸し鶏。
これは最高の昼飲みだ。
瓶ビールをお代わりして蒸し鶏を食べ進める。
タレにラー油を少し追加して、より辛くする。
食べていると、、蒸し鶏は部位も結構あって、食感が変わって楽しい。
蒸し鶏のクオリティを考えると他のメニューも美味しそう。
多くの人が注文していた特製ターロー麺。
これも興味があるから、次回以降の楽しみだ。
いい町中華を見つけた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A highly rated Chinese restaurant that specializes on their ターロー麺 (sweet and sour noodles) and meat fried rice. I don’t know why they are displaying their salt above the counter. The noodles lacked the meat which is not typical, but the chahan more than makes up for it. The broth is like that of a tenshinhan so there is heat retention which is perfect for winter days. The chahan is a glorified yakinikudon with the grand amount of added meat. With the juices of the meat absorbed on the rice, it is guaranteed to be packed with flavor.
