R	Ralph DeLellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive, long waits, not awful it once your in. I personally believe the pancakes are hyped up a bit from what I seen on YouTube. Once I had them for myself I was not impressed. It's just a cool little place to try some new thing if your visiting. As a local, it would not be my go to place. If tou have the time and have to try these famous pancakes, then go for it.

I would actually say the quality would normally be in a higher price bracket, as most of their choices are in the 100-250 yen range. Also, they have never given me frozen fish, unlike some other restaurants at this price point. It didn't seem overly busy when I went there on a weekday at 1pm, or on a Friday night at 9pm. The quality seemed to be a little higher for dinner, though I only went twice, so not a large sample size.

The restaurant is mostly local I rarely see tourists so there is limited English but the picture menu and pointing at what you want is more than suffice. If your looking for simple, cheap sushi, and have 15 minutes to spare before you explore the rest of Tokyo drop by Uogashi Nihon-ichi. The food: The fish here is fresh & delicious and well worth the price. Their ala carte menu ranges from 75-350¥ with most of their selection at 150¥ level. I recommend their lunch menu (11am – 3pm) which all comes with a miso soup and between 9-13 pieces of sushi at 600-1,230¥. I usually order the 12-piece sushi with hand roll for just 980¥.
