食べきれなかったら持ち帰りもできると聞いて選んだ大根餅でしたが、スルスルと食べられてしまい完食してしまいました。
ジャスミン茶も美味しく、満足のいくお食事ができました。

渋谷の麗郷の系列店だが、雰囲気は全く異なるアットホームな感じのお店。
場所は新大久保駅から徒歩2分ほど。
まずは台湾ビールを飲みながら、青野菜炒めを注文。今日は小松菜。干しエビが良い風味があり、シンプルで美味しい。
続いて小袋炒めにピータン豆腐。
小袋炒めは、刻み生姜モリモリで最高に美味い。ピータン豆腐も食べやすい大きさにカットされており、とにかく酒が合う。
ウィスキーハイボールは無かったので、ウーロンハイに切り替えて、大根餅も追加。
そしてお肉は、黒豆と骨付き炒め。
揚げた骨付き豚が、餡に絡んでこれまたお酒がすすむ。黒豆は、発酵させた感じで味噌のような深いコクがあって美味しい。
全般的に、しっかりとして味付けだが、くどくなくて、お酒やご飯に合う感じ。
杏仁豆腐で口はさっぱり。
ゆるゆる系の好きなタイプ。
次回は大人数で、色々食べたい。

Stir-fried sachets are the most delicious with chopped ginger. The century egg tofu is also cut into a size that is easy to eat, and it goes well with sake.
I didn't have whiskey highball, so I switched to oolong high and added radish cake.
And the meat is stir-fried with black beans and bones.
The fried pork with bones is entwined with the bean paste, and the sake goes on again. Black beans are fermented and have a deep richness like miso and are delicious.
Overall, it's seasoned well, but it's not too heavy and it goes well with sake and rice.
The mouth is refreshing with almond tofu.
Favorite type of loose system.
