矢張り人が集まるだけの魅力が有るのかなぁ。スタッフの動きが良く気持ちいい時間を過ごせた。
 Lunch was quite crowded.
I wonder if there is enough charm for Yahari people to gather. The movement of the staff was good and I had a good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店は実に奥深い。文字通り、本当に店の奥が深く、洞窟のような壁天井の店内を案内されて奥の席まで。夜に宴会で使ったときはそうでもなかったが、昼に行ったらコスパの良さに驚いた。頼んだのは牛タンの味噌煮込み定食780円。名古屋のような味噌煮込みを想像していたが、割と普通のシチューっぽい味。麦飯、少量のとろろ、味噌汁に付け合わせ。牛タンは小さなグラタン皿サイズの器で出てきたが、これが食べても食べても減らない、というのは嘘ながら、おなかいっぱいになるほどの肉が入っていて大満足。これからは通う。
This store is really deep. Literally, the inside of the store is really deep, and you are guided through the interior of the cave-like wall ceiling to the seats in the back. That was not the case when I used it at a banquet at night, but I was surprised at the goodness of the cospa when I went to lunch. I ordered a beef tongue stewed in miso 780 yen. I imagined miso stew like Nagoya, but it has a taste like a normal stew. Serve with rice, a small amount of grated yam, and miso soup. The beef tongue came out in a small baking dish size, but I lie that it doesn't decrease even if I eat it, but I was very satisfied with the meat that filled my stomach. I will go from now on.

もともと脂っこい豚トロに厚めの衣がしてあってつらい
とろろが水で薄めてあってこれが一番つらい
牛タンのどて煮はあっさりめでボリュームあったけど、柔らかくて、これだけは全部食べられました。油淋鶏とかカレーとか、レギュラーで載ってるようなランチメニューの方が、味の方は安パイかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人形町に２店舗あり、大門通り店は営業されていましたが、本店はしばらくお休みみたい。地元では人気のお店ですが、こちらもコロナ禍で大変そうです。（2020年9月13日現在）
本日の日替わり 玉子入り豚モツ煮込み 800円
すべての定食に８時間煮込んだ牛たん土手煮、とろろ、ごはん、みそ汁が付いてきます。豚モツの煮込みも美味しかったけれど、牛たん土手煮はごはんがススムみんな大好きなお味でした。

ここは大満足のお店ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいと評判を聞いてお伺いしました。平日の夜でもほぼ満席で賑わってます。居酒屋とは思えない程のクオリティーで、１つ１つのお料理の具やソース等に工夫があり、シェフのこだわりが感じられました。お料理のジャンルが幅広く、本当に全て美味しくて満足です。アルバイトスタッフのメグミちゃん、親切にお料理の解説や感じの良い接客をありがとうございます❤️
