色んなスパイスが効いていてとても美味しゅう御座いました。冷や汁みたいにサッといけますけどおすすめです。

飲食偏差値の高い方ならば感動必死と思います。
できれば立呑屋でなく、着席のお店も近くに欲しいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三茶で人気のすこぶるが、日本橋にも出来たということで、わざわざ日本橋まで行ってきました～！
一軒家の1.2階のお店！とってもお洒落です。
6人での訪問。さすがに中には入れず、店員さんが無理くり外に席を作ってくれて、もらって何とか飲むことができました！！
路上飲酒です（笑）
季節的に、そこまで寒くはなかったので、テーブルは小さくて大変でしたが、快適に飲めました！
三茶のすこぶる同様、接客もいいし、メニューも豊富でとても美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした！

三越前の『すこぶる』にお邪魔しました。
キレイな店内で、1階はそこそこ混雑していたので、2回に通して頂きました。
先客は2組ほどでコロナの時期なので、これぐらいが丁度いい。
飲み物は2軒目だったので、すだちサワーをお願いしたが、コチラがなかなか美味しい。
お通しが来たのが来店から15分くらいしてからだったが、揚げ茄子がなかなか美味しい…
なんて過ごしていると、7人ほどの酔った団体の常連客（後々、店員さんと仲が良さそうだったので）が2階に上がってきて、まるでマイホームかの様な騒ぎ方。
周りの客をお構いなしで、グイグイとコチラの席まで押し寄せてくるし、背中に背負ったカバンがコチラの背中に当たっているが気を付ける気配すらない。
狭い店内のコロナ禍において、他の客が居るのもお構いなしで、大きい声で騒いだり、スマートフォンで動画を撮ったり。
楽しむのは大いに構わないが、他の客の事も少しは考えてほしい。
せっかくお通しの味もお酒も美味しかったので、ゆっくり食べて飲んで…の気持ちが一気に冷め、すぐに店を後にしました。
お店は良いのに、一部の常連客のせいでぶち壊し。
実に勿体ないお店でした。

This is the first visit.
I visited "Sukoburu" in front of Mitsukoshimae.
The store was beautiful and the first floor was fairly crowded, so I had them go through twice.
There are about two pairs of customers, and it's the time of corona, so this is just right.
The drink was the second one, so I asked for Sudachi sour, but this one is quite delicious.
It was about 15 minutes after I came to the store, but the fried eggplant was quite delicious ...
When I was spending time, about 7 drunken group regular customers (because I seemed to get along with the clerk later) came up to the 2nd floor and made a noise as if it were my own home.
I don't care about the customers around me, and they rush to the seats here, and the bag on my back hits my back, but I don't care.
In the small corona wreck, it doesn't matter if there are other customers, you can make a loud noise or take a video with your smartphone.
It's okay to have fun, but think about other guests a little.
The taste and liquor were delicious, so I ate slowly and drank ... I suddenly felt cold and left the restaurant immediately.
The shop is good, but it was destroyed because of some regular customers.
It was a really wasteful shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても居心地の良いお店です。疲れているときは養命酒サワーがいい感じ｡おでんも寒い季節にピッタリです。1階は立ち飲み。2階はトールチェアーが有り。窓側は調理の匂いと煙が目にしみるのでちょっと辛いです。なので2階を利用する時は壁側のカウンターがおすすめです。
It's a very cozy shop. Yomeishu sour is good when you are tired. Oden is also perfect for the cold season. Standing drinks on the first floor. There is a tall chair on the 2nd floor. The window side is a bit spicy because you can see the smell of cooking and smoke. Therefore, when using the 2nd floor, the counter on the wall side is recommended.
