お昼食べました。限定ステーキ丼 お肉は美味しのですが米がべしょべしょ、米も炊けないのかよw 1450円!?750円ですね。マジがっかりです。

ランチに自家製ハンバーグデミグラスソース1200円をいただく。三越前駅から近く。入口のメニューを見て、基本メニューの自家製ハンバーグステーキソース1000円にしようかと思ったが、デミグラスソースが定番らしくそちらを。200円のソースとはどれだけ美味しいのかな。 ライスは大盛無料だが、ここは堪えて普通盛で。 先客は3名、やや遅い時間とはいえ、駅近にしては少なくないか?と若干不安になりつつ配膳を待つ。 程なくして配膳。サラダは、レタスとトマトそしてマッシュポテト。マッシュポテトはややパサパサで残念。問題はハンバーグ。ソースを見て悟ったが、これはデミグラスソースとして200円出すにはちょっと、、、。酸味が強く、市販のものなのか、もし自家製なら玉ねぎの食感含め作りが雑すぎる。さらに残念なのがハンバーグ。口コミにお肉屋とあったので期待したのだが、ところどころにかなり硬いスジ肉が。これは、もし自家製の挽肉ならスジをちゃんと処理していないか、もしくは安い挽肉。ハンバーグそのものはジューシーで上手く作っていて焼き加減もいいので残念。 硬いスジ肉の食感が好きな人には良いかも。
