銀座・赤坂・新宿・丸の内といろんな場所でよく見かけていて、 鰹好きなのでずっ~~~~っと気になっていたんです。 友人が予約してくれました~ 三越前駅直結のYUITOビルの3階にあります。 民芸調の和洋個室で味わうこだわりの土佐料理。 一本釣り鰹たたきや朝獲れ天然鮮魚が連日入荷し、 一品料理や名物皿鉢料理・土佐風会席料理・土佐和牛しゃぶしゃぶ等々。。。。 ■炭火焼き 鰹の塩たたき 1800円 通常は、痛みの早い鰹の臭みを取るために、香り付けを兼ねた藁焼きたたきが一般的なところ、新鮮仕入れのため香り付けの必要がないため、 余分な香りを付けていないので、鰹本来の旨さが楽しめるのだそう。 皮目はパリっと香ばしく、うまみをギュッと閉じ込め、焼き目の香ばしさがたまりません。 ポン酢やにんにくも用意頂いたのだけれど、全く臭みがなく、鰹の甘み&旨味を堪能! 美味しすぎる!!! ■松茸と秋鱧の土瓶蒸し 2500円 秋を感じるメニュー アラカルトメニューが豊富で既にお腹一杯になってしまって、 鰹のしゃぶしゃぶや黒毛和牛のしゃぶしゃぶまでたどりつけなくて残念。 再訪して次回はしゃぶしゃぶ食べてみたいです!

創業102年迎えた高知県の老舗割烹「司」を本店に持っており、高知の恵みが詰まった土佐料理が頂けるお店です。 老舗のこだわり、店内の雰囲気に惹かれ、接待で利用しました。 その日は雨だったのですが、三越前駅直結のため、濡れずに助かりました! 接待使用の際のアクセスにベストです。 早速来店! 落ち着いた雰囲気の、風情がある個室の席に通して頂きました。 まずはビールを注文。 テーブルに並ぶコースターには、土佐の偉人の紹介が掲載。 細部にこだわりを感じます。 お店のお勧めをお伺いしたところ、カツオの刺身と藁焼きということで、早速注文!! 初鰹のお刺身、、柔らかい、、トロける、、私が食べてきたカツオで1番美味しい。。。 特に銀造りが最高に美味しかったです。。 初鰹の美味しさにたまらず、 二杯目の日本酒を注文。 続いて藁焼き、、まず圧巻は藁の香り!! 塩のみで食べれることで一口パクリ。 美味しすぎる。藁の香りが口の中に広がります。 日本酒との相性抜群です! カツオも日本酒も止まりません。。。 続いてウツボのたたき。 ウツボ初体験。。正直ウツボは水族館いるあのイメージ。 度肝を抜かれました。。 クセもなく、食べやすい。食感はお肉みたいでした! これは、はまっちゃう。。 他にカツオのコロッケや、カツオの巻き寿司を堪能しました。 一品一品大変こだわりを感じました。 友人、同僚に紹介します!! また、カツオを食べにきます!!

今日は会社の先輩方と飲み会ということで、 こちらを予約させて頂きました。 お通しは炙ったヒラメと葉わさび、わさびのきつさも一切なく、お酒が進みます。 鰹の藁焼きとお刺身は絶品でした。 お刺身は厚みもあり、初ガツオということで脂身というよりはさっぱりとした味。ミョウガやネギ、ニンニクもお刺身と合わせると、また違った味を楽しめました。 なんといってもお店のウリの藁焼きは初めて食べたのですが、塩のみでこれだけ旨味が口の中に広がるのかと驚きました。皮の食感と身の弾力、藁焼きならではの香りが絶品でした。 食が進み、他にもウツボのたたきなど逸品料理を楽しませて頂きました。 サービスも非常に丁寧で、気になることは店員さんが教えて下さり、非常に有意義な時間でした。 日本橋や三越前にきたらぜひオススメなお店です。

カンブリア宮殿に出ているのを観てから、個人的にずっと気になっていた土佐料理専門店。 創業100年以上の老舗で、土佐料理発祥の店だそう。 今回は職場の方々と仕事終わりに食事で来店しました。 早速、楽しみにしていた看板メニューのカツオのたたきを戴きましたが、藁焼きの香りがしっかり乗って香ばしく、生臭さも一切ない。 今まで食べてきた鰹のたたきとはまったく別物の感動でした。 続けて、うつぼのたたきを注文。初めて食べるうつぼ料理でしたが、こちらも香ばしくプリッとした食感に感動。 どれを食べても美味しい、としか言葉が出ませんでした。 また、どのお料理を注文しても、店員さんが丁寧にお料理や食材の説明をしてくださるので、お料理の味わいを2倍楽しめました。 木目調の上質な店内は、接待や大切な方をご案内するお食事の場として相応しい空間だと思います。 また、お祝いごとや何かの記念日に来たいと思います。 大変美味しいお食事をご馳走様でした。
