貸し出す車はエアコンのガスが足りていないのか、赤信号で停車中はぬるい風しか出ません。
若い従業員は接客態度が非常に悪い。
二度と使うことはない。

ネット予約したので待ち時間がとても少なかったです。
車を借りた時にキズチェックはどのくらいから言っていいのか分からないので、スタッフの方からここにキズありますよとチェックしてから他に気になる所ありますか？と言って欲しかったという要望がひとつ。
コレで説明終わりです。と言われて店内に戻ってしまった。車のキーの置いてる場所などの説明、道路に出る時の指示などをして欲しかったので☆-1してます。

価格が安い分、雑に扱うお客さんが多いようで、傷に関連するトラブルが多いように思います。
ここではない店舗ですが、過去にもともとあった傷について問われたことがありました。
どんなに細かいキズでもとにかく指摘することをオススメします。
ここは対応もよく、最後時間調整のための場所を提供頂いたので感謝しています。
また利用したいです。
