断るとその後連絡も無しで気分が悪くなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い社員が担当の相談員になり少し不安でしたが、実際お会いしてお話を聞いた際に、紹介する老人ホームのことだけでなく、制度や他施設についても詳しく説明していただき安心いたしました。
無事老人ホームに入ることもできよかったです。

コロナ渦ということですぐに病室を開けなければならないから次を探してほしいと宣告され、とても焦っていた時、ご連絡をしたらそのあと数時間で来てくださり、施設の紹介をしてもらえました。

紆余曲折あったものの、無事に入居できるまでしっかりと支援をしてくださって本当に感謝しかないです。
