せめて駅まで送迎があるなら別ですが、
今後名古屋の時は他社を利用します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業所が移転して送迎だけの場所です。丁寧に対応してくれます。帰りは別に営業所ではなく名古屋駅に送迎したほうが助かるお客さんも多いかと思いました。
It is a place where the sales office has moved and only transportation is available. They will respond politely. On the way back, I thought it would be helpful for many customers to pick up and drop off at Nagoya Station instead of the sales office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付が駅から遠く更にそこから営業所から送迎車で移動。不便極まりない場所でおまけに従業員の客対応もなってない最悪な営業所である。
ほぼ全国のニッポンレンタカー を利用しているが、ここは最低な営業所だ。
The reception is far from the station, and from there we move from the sales office by shuttle car. It is the worst business office where it is extremely inconvenient and there is no support for employees.
I use Nippon Rent-A-Car almost all over the country, but this is the worst sales office.

駅から近いのでここを選んだんですが、全く持って意味が無い選択になりました。
You can't rent it here, but you will be taken to another store by shuttle car from here and rented.
I chose this place because it is close to the station, but it was a meaningless choice to have at all.

しかもしれっと営業所が移転し、もはや新幹線口営業所ではなくなってます。
駅から徒歩10分
そこから送迎車が来るまで15分、なんの案内も無いまま待たされ移動します。
よっぽど他社のサービスの方がしっかりしてるし安心できる。
