★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chateaubriand, an expensive cut of meat but the meat was served had no taste and was not tender or tasty. I was also charged 400 yen seat fee... what is up with that? Also most of the servers are standing outside my table and chit-chatting rather loudly instead of caring for tables or doing some other tasks. I will NOT return or recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ✍??? Remarkable Hida Beef experience, originated from a black-haired Japanese cattle breed that has been raised in Gifu for at least 14 months. The marbling quality of the meat is what truly makes the melt in ur mouth factor.

The decor is professional and comfortable. From the beginning the staff were friendly and attentive.
The food is definitely worth the price and everything was delicious.
I will return in the future.

And as we are not local, we don’t know how to eat correctly.
Staff are nice but not good in English. So, difficult to explain to procedure. So, we just eat in our own ways ?
Beef are good though ~ fresh and good quality for beef

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pricey and there's no doubt. The beef sashimi was interesting and the grilled beef literally melts in your mouth. The service was alright. Personally I was impressed with the first few pieces, then got a bit disgusted by how fatty it was and a bit nauseated. Perhaps ordering a la carte with some less fattening option will suit those who are not into fatty good better
