★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せいろ、とろろせいろ、なごり雪(ざる豆腐)、どれもおいしかったです。
そばはしっかりした歯ごたえとツルツルした舌触り。
とろろは泡立てたようにふんわりしていました。
なごり雪は味が濃くエゴマ油と醤油との相性ばっちりです。
蕎麦湯は別に作っているとのことですが、どろりと濃くてこれも格別でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末にしか開いてない、ある意味、ハードルの高いお店ですが、お蕎麦は本当に絶品でした。お店の人のマンパワー不足か、なかなか席に誘導してもらえませんでしたが、何度も『ごめんなさいね』『ごめんなさいね』との言葉かけがあったので、そこまで気分悪くはなりませんでした。
田舎そばが食べたかったけど、やはり売り切れ(日曜日の13時前)。。でも普通の定番の一番の看板商品のお蕎麦でもじゅーぶん美味しかったです。
周りの席のお客さんは常連さんかな?と思うほど、お店の人と和気あいあい&慣れた様子で、お蕎麦以外の逸品(一品)を注文したり、お昼間からビールたしなんでたり、お品のよいご年配の方々が多かったです。
仲間に愛されているお店、といった感じでした。
柴又の中心に程近いという立地がらか、お蕎麦やその他一品料理の価格相場は高めです。それがも少し庶民的なお値段になるといいなぁ、って感じです。

柴又駅から徒歩9分、
そばの百名店「そば切り 日曜庵」を訪問。
日曜の12時頃に到着のところ待ち人無し。
すんなり入店できました。
田舎せいろ(数量限定)1,070円を注文。
程なく提供されました。
そばを塩で一口、かなり細い麺ですが、
香りも食感もとても良いです。
次につゆに大根おろしとネギを加えて一口、
おろしの辛みが加わって
そばの旨味が際立ちます。
とても美味しいです。
食べている途中に名物の蕎麦湯が
提供されました。
とろみと香りが抜群ですね。
あまりに美味しいので、塩まで使って
最後の一滴まで完食しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに訪問。蕎麦も汁も以前より美味しくなった気がした。せいろを食べたが、喉越しも味も盛りも良く、一枚でそこそこお腹がいっぱいになる。後で出てきた来た蕎麦湯が濃厚でこってり?少し甘めのつゆもカツヲ出汁が効いていて、思わず飲み過ぎる。日本酒も何種類かあって、今日は福島の自然郷にした。こちらも飲み過ぎ注意?器は手捻りの様で、無骨な感じが好きだが、せいろは上品な箱に入って来た。ワサビもおろしたて、ネギは繊細な糸切りで、見た目も美しい❣️

名店、老舗と呼ばれるお蕎麦屋さんにはいくつか行った事がありますが、ここのお蕎麦が一番だと思います!
写真を撮り忘れましたが、お酒の器も独特でとっても良い雰囲気でした♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月3日の12時前に訪問。ギリギリ並ばずに入ることができた。通りから一本奥に入ったところにある趣のあるお店だ。鴨の鉄板焼きと田舎せいろを注文。どちらも日本酒との相性が抜群だった。2001年にご夫婦で始めたお店だが、奥様は2年前に亡くなられたとのこと。とても胸が痛んだと当時に、お一人で頑張っておられるご主人を心から応援したくなった。次回柴又に来たら必ず再訪したい。現金のみなので注意を。
