ランチで初めて立ち寄りました。
サンマ塩焼き定食が通常700円のところ、この日は500円でした。
サンマは小ぶりながらもワンコインランチなら大満足です。
みそ汁は野菜がタップリ入ってました。
1階はカウンターのみ、2階はテーブル席になってます。
夜のメニューも旨そうなものがいっぱいで鍋も充実、ラーメンも数種類あり、飲んだあとのシメもこの店で済ませられます。
店名にある通り、北海道産にこだわったお店のようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのランチがとても美味しく、時々利用させてもらっています。中でも鳥ザンギ定食がリーズナブル＆ボリューム満点でよく注文してしまいますね 笑 コロナで大変ですが、頑張ってほしいです。
This lunch is very delicious and I use it from time to time. Above all, I often order the Tori Zangi set meal because it is reasonably priced and full of volume. Lol It's hard at Corona, but I want you to do your best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蒲田の駅近くの商店街の中にある北海道の料理が食べれる居酒屋。北海道から取り寄せている魚介類、鹿肉、日本酒などがあります。
北海道から取り寄せているだけあって、お魚は刺身も煮物も美味しかったです。
鹿肉は、タンやもも肉などがあり、独特のクセはあったけど、美味しかったです。
日本酒も種類がたくさんあって良かったです。
3種類の飲み比べもできるので、色々な味を試したい人にはいいです。
一階はカウンター席で二階などはテーブル席になっています。
ゆっくりと落ち着いて食べれるのでいいです。
ただ喫煙可なのがマイナスです。

以前から気にはなっていて、ようやく行く事が出来ました(^^)
日曜日の夕方という事もあり半個室を予約
花咲ガニも数量限定だった為に前もって予約
北海道メロンサワー、とっても美味しかった〜(^^♪
花咲盛り、ルイベ、オスのししゃも、鹿肉のロースト、ザンギ…
なかなか他のお店では食べれない物を注文
花咲ガニも甘くて、オスのししゃも（コレが食べたかった）は大きくて身がふっくらしててこれまた美味し!!!
鹿肉のローストもクセもなくさっぱり頂けました(^^)
どれも美味しかったです
ごちそうさまでした(^^♪

一つ前の投稿は、必ずと言っていいほど娘は遅刻してくるので、1人でエンジン温めてました(^^)
娘が到着したので、2人で蒲田を探索しながら何軒かアタックしてみましたが、流石ですね！年末の週末はどこも断られました。
しかし奇跡的に予約無しで入店できました。
2階に通されて狭いながらもテーブル確保(^^)
お隣さんの席はサラリーマン約10名で忘年会
景気は悪いか？良いのか？でも日本のリーマンには欠かせない忘年会。最近は無い企業も多いとか？酒の教養とか！お酌の教養とか！でもそう言った文化も残さないとね〜(￣∇￣)
さっ！こっからが本題
このお店は名前の通り、北海道の道東にある食材をメインにしたお店です。漢字で書くと"根室"
先ずは飲み物、根室のお酒"北の勝" この酒をかなかな北海道以外では飲めない酒！
ここのお酒を造ってる会社と言うか、会社じゃないんですよ。個人商店なんです。(株)も(有)も何もつかないんです。それだけレア。
料理はお造りの盛り合わせ、鹿肉のロースト、カニクリームコロッケ、

からの……厚岸産の生牡蠣、氷下魚の魚卵のだし巻き玉子、天ぷら盛り合わせ、真鱈の白子ポン酢
これに合わす酒は、"福司"の活性濁り酒
写真は撮らなかったが、その他にも海鮮丼みたいなのを彼氏が頼みやがった(^_-)
しかも俺は食べてない(￣∇￣)

As the name suggests, this shop is mainly made of ingredients located in the eastern part of Hokkaido. "Nemuro" in Kanji
First of all, drinks, sake from Nemuro "Kita no Katsu".
It's a company that makes sake here, or it's not a company. It's a private store. Neither (Co) nor (Yes) has anything. That rare.

ランチはラーメンもありますが、ねむろ丼がおすすめです。花咲カニ、イクラ（たぶん鱒ですが）、鮭のほぐしがたっぷりと入っていてとても美味しいです。店員さんも優しい応対なのでとても感じがいいです。
The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and is comfortable.
