接客態度が最低です。
本当に最低です。
声が小さい、返事しない、勝手に皿持っていく、無愛想、態度が悪い、本当に最低です。
料理は不味くないです、でも接客態度最低なので絶対にもう行きません。
なにより接客態度最低です。
コースしか予約出来ないと言うのでコースで予約しましたが、量が少なすぎます。
1番高いコースでしか予約取れませんでしたが吉牛並くらいの量しか出てきません。
コースに量が少ないと明記してくれないと頼まみません。
半個室らしい部屋が半個室に見えません。
本当に気分が悪くなるので二度と行きません。

お客さんの層もうるさくて、ビジネス使いには全く不向きです。
他方、料理の味はまずまずの普通レベルです。特徴が無く店はうるさく、古くて落ち着かない感じなので、蒲田界隈で呑まれる場合は別のお店をお薦めいたします。
HPを見ると何か良さげに見えますが、実態が伴わないので気をつけて下さい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50年以上生きてきて一番歯ごたえのある和牛（？）でした。舟盛りも、ぐるなびに載っていた物とは雲泥の差。色の悪い人口イクラは無い方がいいのでは。キャベツ入りすき焼きや、冷凍のフライ…板前さんがいなくなったとしか思えません。まだ家の方がもう少し美味しいもの食べてます(T . T)
誕生日のケーキを持ち込んだからか、コースのラストのドルチェは勝手に省略されてしまいました。
5000円のコースを頼んで貰ったのに、とても残念な気持ちで帰りました。
