★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皿うどん食べた。私は好きではなかった。味がうすくて、いろんな野菜の臭みが強調された感じかな。でも、カウンターにある長崎のウスターソースは旨かった。
 I ate a plate udon. I did not like. The taste is light and the smell of various vegetables is emphasized. But the Worcester sauce in Nagasaki at the counter was delicious.

チャンポン、皿うどんが押し。食べなかったけど長崎チャンポンでした。(学生時代長崎)
今日は粗煮大根定食820円を。
粗煮クオリティー高しでした。甘めを抑えた煮付け美味い。
小鉢、卵がついてました。ご飯もおかわりできます。
接客もいい感じで、常連さんが多かった。

Jampong, dish udon pressed. I didn't eat it but it was Nagasaki Champon. (Nagasaki as a student)
Today we have a set meal of 820 yen.
The quality of the roast was high. Simmered delicious with less sweetness.
There was a small bowl and an egg. You can also change the rice.
The service was good and there were many regulars.

味ももちろん美味しいです。
ちゃんぽんには、サービスのご飯もつきます。
The customer service was excellent, there was a good fit, and the toilets were separated for men and women, so I thought it would be easy for even one woman to enter.

安定しておいしいです。土曜日のランチで直近参りましたが
ほぼ満席。しかし、席の回転が速く、落ち着いて
食事できました。

写真は皿うどん、さつま揚げ(小盛)、ぶり刺です。
魚は毎朝、五島列島から空輸しているそうです！
醤油は、お願いすると九州醤油を出してもらえます。
この醤油がとても美味しくて、長崎の蔵にオーダーしても届くのに1か月以上かかる貴重な醤油とのこと。
刺身にゆず胡椒があるのも独特で、このゆず胡椒は大将のお母さん手作りで、ここでしか食べれない味です！
ショウガやカラシも同様で、市販の味ではなく美味しい。
みなさんフレンドリーで接客も良く、トークも楽しかったです。
