みそチャーシュー1100円を注文しました。 スープは 確かに味噌味ですが、あっさりとして飲みやすく、胡麻やピーナッツ?も入ってて、ただあっさりなだけではない中々美味しいスープです。 麺は自家製麺のようです。白い細目の麺で固めのアルデンテ。これも良い味です。 チャーシューはバラ巻きが6枚位。 美味しく完食しましたが、1100円はなかなか強気の価格…。 次回は別のメニューも試して見たいです。 かなりの人気店のようで、私は11時30分頃すんなり入店出来たものの、食べ終わって12時少し前に店を出る頃には、次々とお客さんが来店してました。

好みの問題ですが 私は二度と行きません。注文から提供まで時間は早いですが 私が好きな黄色い麺ではなく白い麺。味噌を注文しましたが 見た目は塩で味もまったく味噌ではなかった。間違った?と疑うほど。

さっぱり系ラーメン? この地域で2度目の、レモンが入っているラーメン!! もう一つは梅正屋。 梅正屋の方がさっぱり濃いめ。 こちらはさっぱりさっぱりです! スープがおいしいのですが、メンマはパンチがある塩っけ。 好みは分かれますが、地域は濃いめが多い反面、さっぱりは貴重!

津軽人ですが、味噌ラーメン?にねぎシングルを頼みました?ノーマルは、あっさりラーメン?ですが、レモンが入ってるのは初めてでした? 食券機に、カスタムできるの知ってたが初めてだからまずはノーマル❗背脂としょっぱめも食べてみたいかもです? ねぎ増しも美味しいー? 自家製麺の細麺が、ちょっと残念かなと。 以外と、ノーマルで頼むとあっさり系のラーメン??なのでノーマルよりは『しょっぱめ』+『脂多め』+『ねぎ多め』が私的には美味しかったでーす? 『背脂』と『鶏油』で悩んだ末、背脂に気付かず鶏油をオーダーしカスタムしたら好みの味になるという奇跡が起きました❗ 背脂を選んだつもりが鶏油でしたが、物足りない人は是非、試してみてください?

初訪麺。 食券制で、ほとんど説明がないので戸惑います。 味噌が人気のようですが、評価が分かれているので正油+背脂をオーダー。正油も2種類あって、(新)正油はレモン入りらしいです。 京都の背脂しょう油ラーメンよりは洗練されていない感じですが、鶏ガラベースに魚介が少し混ざっていておいしかったです。 麺は九州ラーメンのような細くて軽いストレート麺。この麺なら正油系の方が合うんじゃないかと個人的には思います。 リピありのラーメン店です。
