比内地鶏親子丼と比内地鶏モツ味噌煮注文。
親子丼は卵フワフワ、肉の味もしっかりしていて間違いない旨さです。
胸肉？モモ肉？かなり弾力があり、人によってはよっては食べにくいかな？
モツ煮はキンカンが大量に入っています。
薄口ですが、しっかりした味付けでこれまた旨い。
ただかなりぬるめなのはマイナスですね。

私は、『比内地鶏親子丼』をいただきましたが、間違いないですね❗大変美味しかったです?付け合わせとして付いてきた「いぶりがっこ」も、なかなか食する機会がなく、久し振りにいただいたのですが、独特で美味しくいただかせていただきました。
連れは、『比内地鶏チャーシュー麺』をいただき、お裾分けしてもらったのですが、スープが絶品でした‼️連れもスープが大変美味しかったそうで、悩んだあげく、結局道の駅で購入していました。
ただ、個人的にですが、できるのであれば、煮立てると比内地鶏の風味が落ちるのかもしれませんが、スープがもっと熱々だと、なお良かったです。
また、感染症感染防止対策にも大変気配りしており、各席に飛沫拡散予防の『自立式の透明アクリル板』が準備されており、さらに『来店者シート』も準備し、記入協力のお願いもありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼を食べに寄りました。道の駅ひないの敷地内にあるレストランでのぼりがあるのでわかりやすいと思います。さてお目当てはやはりここの地名にもある比内地鶏を使った親子丼ともつ味噌煮を頼みました。最初にもつ味噌煮が来たのでさっそく食べるとクセがなくとても美味しく鳥もつのイメージが変わりました。特にキンカンは程よい弾力があり特に良かったと思います。遅れて親子丼が来ました。香りが甘みのある感じで食べると弾力がある肉と程よい卵の半熟でとても美味しかったです。しかもどちらも手頃な価格でそこも素晴らしいと思います。ぜひ秋田県の比内に来た際は寄って食べてみてはいかがでしょうか。
