山	山葉乗夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネギ味噌ラーメンならここと決めてます。トッピングでチャーシューと、更にネギで、ネギ味噌ピラミッドの出来上がり！シャキシャキとした、細切りの辛ネギがたまらなく美味しい。シャキシャキしたモヤシも多く、ネギの下に隠れてます。モヤシを最初にやっつけるのが私流。スープは濃い目で味噌を主張してますが、後味はサッパリしててしつこさは無いです。モヤシをやっつけ、ネギがスープに沈み始めると、ネギにまぶされたブラックペッパーで辛さが増してきます。スープには辛さが殆ど無いので、辛さのグラデーションが濃くなると言った感じで楽しめる。麺の固さ指定も出来るので、自分好みを模索するも、その日の気分で決めるのも良い。普通盛りでも少し多いので、初めての方は大盛は頼まない方が良い。根性で食べる事になる(笑本格的なネギ味噌を食べたいなら是非！ I have decided to go here for green onion miso ramen.
