秋	秋田食べ日記 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.8.1 北秋田市、国道7号線沿いにある『らあめんや燦』。 5年ぶりの訪問でした。今回は『しおとんこつラーメン』（700円）にチャーシュートッピング（300円）していただきました。メニューを見ると、一部のラーメンは解説あり。その中でしおとんこつが1番文字数が多い。『当店自慢のスープ』と書いていますので、迷ったらまず、これを選べばいいと思います。チャーシューは秋田県産豚肉の肩ロースを使用。（これもメニューに記載）あっさりすぎず、濃厚すぎず、絶妙なバランスのスープでした。美味しかったです！ 2021.8.1 Located along National Highway No. 7 in Kitaakita City "Ramenya San".
