★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅のさくらのジェラートがオススメ。桜餅が入っていたので、モチモチした食感があるよ。おみやげは、大田原産の唐辛子が良いかな。唐辛子生産日本一だから。

ロボットの琵琶法師が与一物語を語ります
正面舞台で、源平合戦が人形劇で再現します 扇を矢で射る場面では、左右のスクリーンが出てきて、三面の劇場になります
良く出来た人形劇で、ロボットの精巧さに感心しました
ただし、二度三度と観たいかと聞かれると、ちょっと微妙です
脇の多目的ホールの写真もアップしました

クオリティの高い人形駅。
館内の『扇の的劇場』で 15分余
の上映?です。屋島の合戦の有名
な逸話の名場面を楽しめませう。
『劇場』と『展示室』があり、
『展示室』には貴重な資料や、
『源氏の白旗』『銘刀・成高』etc.
があるも、いま一つ、見せる工夫
や、楽しく学ぶ工夫が乏しいのは、
やはり、残念に思います。
那須の与一は１１男でしたが,
兄たちがみな平家に味方した為、
那須家を継ぐ事になりました。
那須家の当主となった与一は、
かって敵味方に別れ、戦った兄達
を許し、領地を分け与えました。
その為、関東北部の那須一族の
基盤は確固たるものとなりました。
大田原市は、那須一族の本拠地。
福原玄性寺に、与一と、その一族
の供養碑があります。
なを、伝承館は、道の駅併設です。
道の駅には、お食事?処や売店、
農産物直売、お弁当お総菜etc.
テラス席もありますよ‼

すぐ近いところに、
『座禅草の群生地があります。

『綾包太刀拵の銘刀・成高』は、
国の重要文化財でありますから、
展示室にあるのは、おそらくは

よいちのゆみでお馴染みの那須与一に関する資料館です。施設周辺は那須一族の地元です。有料３００円ですが１５分の見ごたえある人形劇シアターが楽しいのでオススメしたいです。那須氏に関する江戸時代以降の資料も展示されています。
源平合戦の末路を占うことになった、平家による挑発行為である「赤扇射ち」を成功させた与一ですが、弓の名手や那須十郎の代役として、自決を覚悟でしぶしぶ請け負ったそうです。そのただ１度だけの功績が、平家物語を通じて今日も評価され伝えられているそうです。
