ずっと大好きな地元の洋食店
サンジェルマンが人気です。
サンジェルマンはビーフカツレツに
ホワイトソース（マッシュポテトも混ざってる気がする）
チーズを乗せてグリルして
特製デミグラスソースを掛けてあり
普通のサンジェルマンはビーフカツレツだけど
豚ヘレのサンジェルマンってのもあります
関西人はやっぱビーフカツレツが好きですよね(o^^o)
この日はキングサイズのサンジェルマンが食べたくて

最初ににスープが供せられます。
ランチタイムは最近他所のお店はスープカップに入ってるけど、正統派ギャルソンさん
スープ皿で提供。
にんじん、じゃがいも、玉ねぎの味わいの無二のスープ。
昔から変わらないなぁ(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))

ダイジェルマンって言ってました
大ジェルマンですね(๑･̑◡･̑๑)
一見コッテリそうに見えるのにマイルドでペロリ
お肉も柔らかく叩いているのでめちゃ美味しいです
付け合わせは
ポテトフライと、ほうれん草のソテーと、にんじんグラッセ
多分このニンジンの食感は一度冷凍させていますね
食感的には余り好きじゃないけど
味付けはシナモンが香り、ほんのり甘くて大好き
サラダもいつもの千切りキャベツやにんじんや色々入ったもの。
ドレッシングは、イタリアンドレッシングと胡麻ドレを合わせたような味わいで、これも他所では無い感じ。
コロナ禍でも大人気のグリルギャルソンさん
ずっとずっと鳴尾で続いて欲しいお店です！

This cospa will repeat with this taste at lunch. It's nice to be in a slightly recessed place in front of the back gate of Mukogawa Women's University.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年ぶりに行きました。変わらない(といってもスープやドレッシング、ホワイトソースが少しずつ進化してそう)味、ほんとに美味しい洋食屋さんです。
I went there for the first time in 10 years. It's a really delicious Western-style restaurant with the same taste (soup, dressing, and white sauce seem to evolve little by little).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の２時過ぎランチタイムに伺いました。満席で少し寒空の中待ちました。2時半がラストオーダーでギリギリ間に合った感じです。待ち時間に料理のサンプルを見ながらワクワク❤️して待つのも楽しいですね。
タンシチューランチセットとサンジェルマンセットを頼みました。もちろん美味しく頂きました♪次はハンバーグセットが食べたいです。
いつも移動は車なんで駐車場が無かったのが残念?近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。
I visited at lunch time after 2 o'clock on Saturday. It was full and I waited in the cold sky for a while. It feels like I was just in time for the last order at 2:30. It's fun to wait while watching the food samples and get excited ❤️.
I ordered a tongue stew lunch set and a Saint-Germain set. Of course it was delicious ♪ I want to eat the hamburger set next time.
It's a pity that there was no parking lot because I always moved by car ? I used a nearby coin parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武庫川女子大学近くの洋食店。昔からあるお店らしく、店の外観は昭和ですが料理の味は現代人にも合います。ランチにミンチカツを注文しましたが、とても美味しかったです。

ビーフとポークのサンジェルマンセットを注文。
野菜のスープは優しい味。
メインはカツレツをホワイトソースで包み、デミグラスソースがかかっていて、濃厚だけどアッサリして とても美味しかったです。
お店の方の対応も素晴らしく、並んでいる時に小雨が降ってきたら傘を貸してくださる気遣いも嬉しかったです。
次はタンシチューを食べたいけど、サンジェルマンもすぐ食べたいくらいに美味しかった。
お店はランチのみ、予約はNG、駐車場なし(すぐ近くにコインパーキングあります)だけど、行く価値大のお店です。

Vegetable soup has a gentle taste.
The main dish was katsuretsu wrapped in white sauce and covered with demiglace sauce, which was rich but very tasty.
The response from the shop staff was excellent, and I was glad that they would lend me an umbrella if it rained lightly when I was lining up.
Next time I want to eat tongue stew, but Saint-Germain was so delicious that I wanted to eat it soon.
The shop is only for lunch, reservation is NG, there is no parking lot (coin parking is available nearby), but it is a shop worth visiting.
