0	0221ジロー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週の日曜昼は隣駅の成増まで行き、久々に蕎麦を食べに。手打ちのこだわりがある蕎麦屋さんを発見しました。注文はカレー南蛮せいろ　　880円待つこと数分穴子、海老の天ぷらが先に登場。サクサクの衣の天ぷらは天つゆでいただきます。続いてメインのカレー南蛮せいろこちらはドロッドロのカレー南蛮に自家製麺の蕎麦をくぐらせていただきます。カレーの風味と麺の絡まり具合が程よくお箸が進みます。最後まで飲み干したくなるほどの味わいでした。あと店主のホスピタリティに感動でした。 Last Sunday afternoon, I went to Narimasu station next door to eat soba after a long time. W	We We on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬でも冷やしたぬき蕎麦が食べられるお店はいい。冷やしたぬきはつゆが少ないものだがこちらは珍しく蕎麦がつゆに浸かっています。その分甘味を抑えた薄味のつゆですね。つゆに浸かっていても蕎麦は最後の一口までコシがあります。そして香り歯応え共に素晴らしい。また天麩羅が美味しいのでしょう。天かすが美味しい。美味しい。美味しい冷やしたぬき蕎麦だなぁ。手作り麺処という響きはラーメンを連想しますが看板通り手作りの職人蕎麦。なんだかものすごく元気になったぞ。追記このお店では蕎麦とうどんを自前で打っているので「手作り麺処」を謳っているそうです。鍋焼きうどんも人気の一品だそうです。 A shop where you can eat chilled tanuki soba even in winter is good. 百	百楽L太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで天せいろ蕎麦大盛りを頂きました。蕎麦はコシもありツルツル、歯抜かりもありません。蕎麦つゆは濃い目の辛口で美味しい。天麩羅は海老が2本と獅子唐で贅沢。薬味のネギがもう少し丁寧に切られているといいかな。蕎麦湯はトロミがあり量もたっぷり。ランチサービスでアイスコーヒーも頂き大満足で1180円とコスパ最高です。店主の見送りも元気な声で気持ち良かったです。ご馳走様でした！追記:ランチで再訪。ざる蕎大盛りを頂きました。ご主人が出掛けてしまい女性の従業員が茹でてくれたが、、、不味い。明らかに茹で過ぎ。前回美味しかった蕎麦が茹で方ひとつでここまで味が変わるとは蕎麦は深いなと。店内には常連らしき女性客が1人と私のみだったが、終始大声で世間話と馬鹿笑い。蕎麦湯も蕎麦を食べ終わってしばらくするまで持ってこない始末。人柄溢れるご主人は何も知らないのが気の毒でならないがそれもご主人の責任かな。★２つ減らさせて頂きます。 I had a large serving of soba noodles at lunch.
